Okay so timeline wise

It is very possible that Monica knew Magnus and Casey as babies.

Now listen: Monica states that she left Whittier twelve years before the events of the main story (so like AFTER episodes 1, 2, and possibly 3 I don't remember) and explicitly AFTER the first batch of WhittKids were 'born'

So considering that Magnus is 15 and Casey is 13-14, it is therefore IMPLIED that she most likely knew them in their infantry and early toddler-hood.

It is never at all MENTIONED, and it's totally possible that even if she was the WhittKids were never exposed to her (though considering her large role in the project I'd say that's unlikely) BUT it is a thought that I've had and needed to share
