Ange briefed Ghost on the mission, he will have to observe his target, then he has to capture him to interrogate him for more information, since this target has a network of connections with different smuggling operation and with he's clients. Currently, Lucia drives Ghost to the mission location. While she is driving, Ghost ask Lucia about her being troubled, cause it is making him worried.
Ghost :Lucia?
Lucia :(ignoring him)...
Ghost :Lucia...?
Lucia :(still ignores)...
Ghost :Honey, bunny bun?
Lucia :Ghost, I'm driving.
Ghost :Yeah, I know. I just wanna talk.
Lucia :Talk about, what?
Ghost :Well... I noticed that...
Lucia :That...?
Ghost :That you, something thingy thing, back in the Orphanage.
Lucia :Something about, what? My hair?
Ghost :No, its not that. I noticed that you're becoming troubled with something, when we first came to the orphanage. What's troubling you, Lucia? Tell me, because it's making me more worried than you.
Lucia :... It's about the girls, Ghost, our girls.
Ghost :The girls? Are you worried about the girls? They're fine, Lucia, you don't have to worry anything about them.
Lucia :Well... What if they get kidnapped again, when we're not by their side, like before.
Ghost :Yes I'm also worried about that. But like I told you not to worry. The Commander and the G&K Doll's, and the Sangvis Ringleaders are safer with them, and they are more prepared to protect them, this time. Have faith in them.
Lucia :... Lilian.
Ghost :What?
Lucia :Lilian. The little girl from the orphanage.
Ghost :The little girl from the Orphanage...Oh, yeah. What about her?

He takes out a TF2 Spy disguise kit and takes out a cigar from it.
Ghost :(disguises)...
He turns into a random male civilian, Lucia compliments.
