Chapter 14: No Worries

A couple of minutes had passed when Blake came back. He looked so happy and I can see an unstoppable smile in his face.

“Hey mate! Your face is telling something huh! Are you into Juliette?” Joe asked with a half-smile.

“Huh? Me? No! She’s just my date for tonight that’s why I should get along with her but you all know that we’re really enemies so no love thingy.” He said and sat down with us.

“Anyway guys, where’s Nathalie?” I asked looking around.

“She wants to be alone that’s why I left her. I think she has something to think about all by herself.” Elizabeth said smiling at us.

Andrew’s POV:

I don’t know what to do right now, I made my best friend worry a lot. I should talk to her right now. I can’t sleep tonight having thoughts about what I did to her… I shouldn’t make things so fast.

“Guys, I’ll just go somewhere. I’ll be back in a few!” As soon as I saw their signal of approval, I walked towards Nathalie.

“Alie, can we talk for a bit?” I asked her feeling a bit of nervous as I saw her straight face.

“What will we talk about?” she said looking at me in a serious tone.

“Well I know I made you shocked for what I’ve said but just never mind it. We’re still best friends… right?” I said giving her a comfort half hug.

“To be honest, yes I’ve been shocked but you don’t have to feel sorry. I’m the one who make things exaggerated. I hope we’re still going to be best friends and everything will be normal.” she said hugging me tight.

“I love you Andrew and I don’t want to lose you, you’re too important to me.” As I heard those words, I can’t help but to smile a lot, she never fails me to feel so special… that’s why I love her.

Michelle’s POV:

I left Tyler for a while to get some food and drinks. While walking back to place where I left him, I saw a girl which looks like flirting him… she’s Stefanie, the girl who’s known for taking a lot of girls’ boyfriends.

What the hell… she’s too close to my guy! Well, I shouldn’t be jealous; Tyler loves me so much… he wouldn’t do anything stupid.

Tyler’s POV:

While waiting for Michelle, there’s a girl who’s walking towards me… Stefanie. It looks like she’s flirting with me giving those seductive looks which are so weird and disgusting to me.

“Hey gorgeous!” she winked at me while taking some strands of her hair.

“Uhmm hey!” I said not looking in her eyes.

“Well I see that someone has left you. Want to dance?” she’s too close to me now.

“Sorry but I’m sure Michelle will be back in a few minutes.” I said Disgusted in her looks that she’s giving me.

“Woah! It’s just a dance. Please? It will be so fast and after that I’ll leave you.” She said smiling at me and took me to the dance floor.

While dancing, I noticed that Michelle was already there… waiting for me. She looks a bit mad.

I’m about to go when Stefanie grabbed my hands and kissed me in the cheek.

“Hey girl, it seems like you’re on a wrong guy?” Michelle looking at me with his angry look

“Why? Are you afraid that he’ll break up with you? Hah!” Stefanie said while laughing.

“Well, I’m not afraid… if he’ll break up with me, it’s his lost and I don’t think he’ll break up with me because of you! That’s impossible… Tyler has a high standard in terms of girls!” Michelle gave her a smile and rolled her eyes.

“Then why did he dance with me?” Stefanie said, folding her arms.

“Because there’s someone out there who doesn’t has a date and Tyler is a kind-hearted guy, he doesn’t wants to make a girl out there not good enough and pitiful.” Michelle said finger combing some strands of her hair.

“I’m good enough and I’m not pitiful! Watch your guy; he’ll be mine… soon!” Stefanie said and ran as fast as she can away from us.

“Hah! That girl seems so easy to beat.” Michelle said while smiling and tapping her feet.

“Michelle, I’m sorry for that. I really don’t want to go with her but she forced me.” I said, about to hug her but she refused it.

“I don’t think so. If you really don’t want, there are a lot of ways. But I won’t make it a big deal; it is fine since this is the first time.” She said and hugged me so tight.

“Thank you so much!!! I’m the luckiest guy in this world to have you. I love you a lot!” I replied.

“Shut up jerk, I already know.” She said and hugged me even tighter.

“We don’t want to interrupt you both but it’s late and we have to go now girls.” Izzy said looking at us.

“Oh! Sorry about that… let’s go on then?” Michelle replied and went beside Izzy.

“And to you all guys, I’m very sorry but I will be the one who’ll give a ride to the girls. I have to be protective, you know!” Izzy said, smiling.

I can hear groans from us but it is okay, at least we know that they’re safe with their best friend Izzy.

“Sure! Just take care of my princess and their princesses as well!” I shouted from a distance.

“Sure prince charming!” I heard her replied.

Izzy’s POV:

Since my Mom texted me that James will not be around, Joe will be the one who’ll take me back to my house. The ride went to silence since my girls were already in their houses, we took them back first. After a few minutes, we’re now in front of my house. He opened the door for me and I went outside.

“Thank you Joe, I had a lot of fun and thank you as well for understanding me.” I said and smiled at him.

“I don’t have any choice but always remember that I’m still here for you always… no one can ever change that!” he said and smiled back at me.

“Sure, thanks. Anyway, I have to go now.” While walking towards the gate, I stopped when he shouted.

“I love you Izzy Harwood!”

I didn’t look back; instead I smiled and continue walking.
