Town wasn't quite far from Yogtowers: about 10 to 15 minutes you'll see the familiar shop signs hanging out in every building. Some I didn't know about since this was Great Britain, not America.
We followed Mum through the busy streets, looking at the shops' windows and to what seems like the middle of town. Ellie explained some of the many shops she had went in before to me as the three of us entered a big clothing store. I had trouble following since I kept bumping into adults about 5 times.
Finally Hannah did stop around the children's uniform section, where we tried out many different blazers and putting other uniforms in the basket Hannah had taken.
"Mum," I caught her attention. "Where are we going next?"
She replied, "We need to get some bags for you, stationary and you need to dye your hair." I groaned and Ellie chuckled.
"Cat, it's not bad to change hair colour. Plus I thought of cutting my hair a bit." I saw her show her hair: which was now flowing down to her hips. Ellie does need a haircut.
After 30 minutes of getting everything from 'Marks and Spencer's' (I think that's the name), Hannah went up to the counter to pay as I glanced to see some hats placed on some shelves. Pulling Ellie with me, we both try out some really posh hats and fedoras.
When Ellie put on one of the fedoras, I pointed out: "Hey, you actually look cool with those!"
"Do I?" Then, she started to pose with weird pouty faces: making me burst into laughter. Some people gave us odd looks as we kept laughing at each other with different; awkward faces with the hats. I was about to put another floppy hat on until Hannah was in sight.
"Hey you two! Stop being Megan Foxes: we have to go!" Hannah called out and we both took off our hats and quickly caught up to her. We couldn't hold to laugh at what we were just doing, so we laughed all the way to 'WHSmiths'. Sometimes we heard Hannah chuckle a bit, and soon the three of us were like hysterical hyenas when we arrived there.
There were different types of stationary everywhere: literally from packs of pencils to fabulized books and diaries! Mum told us we only had a maximum amount of money we can spend here, so me and Ellie both depart to buy anything we needed.
After 15 minutes of finding everything, we bought them and quickly headed to purchase a rucksack at one of the higher street shops. It was quite far along the street we were on, but we managed to heave every bag uphill from the bottom. Ellie had struggle on carrying the clothes, so I assist her and she thanked me.
Finally, we did manage to arrive at the shop (called: Superdry) to buy a suitable bag for school. Ellie had trouble choosing what she wanted, but my decision was quite quick. It was simple: turquoise colour with the logo at the front. Luckily it did look like it can fill in my stuff: but I didn't care much of it. When I bought mine, I spotted Ellie still looking around.
"Did you find what you wanted?" I asked; she shook her head.
"Nope," She popped the 'p' at the end and sighed, "How can you find what you want so quickly? Don't you think about it first?"
I shrugged, "I just find the thing that suits me, and it's just taking chances to see what will happen." I felt that she understood it vaguely, so I let her look for another few minutes with Hannah before left the store.
While we were walking, I saw Hannah take a glimpse of her phone and she suggested we should have lunch since its noon already. So, Ellie pulled us to Starbucks and we all decide what to eat. As Hannah lined up to order, me and Ellie found three comfy leather armchairs surrounding a little coffee table. I dropped my bags beside my chair and relax in it as Ellie did so too. Hannah arrived with a tray of food and three glasses of juice and we all started eating.
