CH 12 – Found Out
"Okay I'll see you tomorrow at school." Toby waved from the common room door. I smiled and waved back.
I replied, "See you."
He left soon when it had been half way of the livestreams tonight. It's been already two weeks since it started. Grandpa came round one night to be in one of the Livestreams with Dad and Uncle Simon. That was eventful after the next day when we had to take Dad's parents around Bristol and then dine with them.
Ellie and I easily gained some information when Dad was a little kid with all his embarrassing stories. At least we had some blackmail if he did annoy us once in a while. Though Dad did enjoy the time we spent with his parents. It was a different experience. Ellie asked if we were going to spend Christmas at the Brindley's and gladly we were.
Dad had mentioned having a sister and a brother, which was surprising for the both of us.
However, Sips was in Bristol. He told me that I was quite salty like Dad whilst Ellie was very much like him. That deserved a high five from the two of them and a slight frown from Mum. I had watched the whole Livestream from S.A.M's view that had him and Turps mucking about in Don't Starve and Rust.
I kind of gave up shouting at them for not doing all the common sense stuff.
Anyways, it was the night before the dream stream: which Ellie and I are going to be in when we start doing Just Dance. I was little upset that Toby won't be free for the start of tomorrow's stream, though my mood increased when he said he could make it later on.
Ellie was a little too excited if I say so myself. I noticed that she prefers spending time with Kaeyi and Martyn more than the others. Maybe it was bond that I didn't see when I was still back at L.A.

"What are you wearing?" I tried not laugh at Ellie who had been trying on some sort of Christmas suit.
She placed her hands on her hips and retorted back, "It's a Onesie, Cat. And for the record: the order I got from Amazon gave me a size too big than I ordered."
"Is that supposed to be the tail..." From there I was already clenching my stomach from too much laughter. I then shrieked, realising that Ellie decided to use her Onesie as a weapon of choice.
We chased around the flat, my silly sister of mine slapping me with her tail until I was trapped in our parents' room. But to stop from being tickled, I just grabbed her by the hips, picked her up and threw her in the bed.
"Hey! That's not fair, you're taller than me!" Ellie squealed, taking deep breaths as I tickled everywhere. Grinning, we both were having quite a lot of fun until we heard someone knocking. We stopped and found Mum looking at us confusedly at the state of our fun.
She then spoke, "I know you're having fun, but you have half an hour to get ready, get to Yogtowers and then set up for the livestreams tonight."
"Yes, mum." We groaned, clambering down the bed and dusting ourselves off. Ellie and I looked at each other once Mum had left; we both burst into laughter until Mum had to hiss at us from the living room.
How did she hear us from that distance? Is it a mum thing?
So without any hesitation, we decided to dash for our things and head out as soon as possible before the stream starts. When we got inside, Minty had greeted us with a quick smile before we raced for the elevator. We had twenty seconds to get to the Livestream room for a quick meeting.
