CH 9 – A Date it is

"Attention please! Um...please don't put your head in the radiator Malcom, it's not grass and you're not a cow. God, please..." I glanced up at the frustrated Piper who had been trying to gain the club's attention for the past five minutes. She had black rings that I noticed earlier this week: something that the majority of us had been getting.

Only a few had come into the meeting after the half term due to the fact the start of school again had consisted of exams. Mainly the younger years had come, with the exception of Piper, CJ, Saph and I trying to maintain the building and not having it set on fire by one of the delinquents (or three as I always raised a suspicion between the Harrison triplets). Ed, Kit and Tobias were three twelve year old blood thirsty siblings that almost look like they could be plotting something. Thought then again it was easier to know which one was which depending on their personalities.

When it had been the first time I encountered them after a few weeks, Sapphire told me which triplet was which.

"Edward is a often the loudest...kind of salty in a way. And then Kit is often bullied and the preferred quiet one out of the three. Tobias is very neutral, though be careful where you leave your chocolate or anything food related here...he especially likes Kinder Buenos." Sapphire whispered the last part when I smiled at the triplets trying to build a replica of the Hat Film's building on the screen.

However, back onto when Piper had been trying to get everyone's attention in the room.

Georgia finally shouted: "Shut up you guys! We have a goddamn announcement to make and we're not repeating again just because you haven't been listening and been busy either building or making bets that Dunkim would be canon in the future."

I bit my lip from laughing from the echoes from grumbles to swearing.

"Thank you, Georg," Piper sighed, rubbing her temples.

Sapphire and I sat at the back of the cluster of chairs squished around the desks; we had our feet propped onto one of the desks – sipping Starbucks coffee in our hands that we bought around the corner. Taking another sip, Piper began conversing to the rest of group.

Piper said, "Alright let's see...okay...the Livestreams are coming in under a month's time and preparation is crucial."

"We were thinking of raising the standards due to the fact that bloody Toby Cotrell now knows our existence!" Georgie screamed the last part. I watched girl do the same whilst the boys rolled their eyes and wanted the whole thing done over.

Whilst I smirked under my coffee, they carried on arranging jobs from food to carrying on with the Minecraft server that the whole club has been doing for years.

Then Piper had to enrol me a job...

"Cat...Cat!" Piper snapped me from my gazing at the wall.

And I stuttered, "Wha...what?!"

"I was about to ask if you wanted to do the roll of asking Toby to go here sometime during the livestreams." Piper spoke with all eyes on me. It was very silent, but of course I had no choice.

I shrugged and replied, "Sure, I can do that."

Though then questions start firing across the room once they realised that there was some possibility of having Toby around here for once. It was only the younger members that usually doubted me, questioning if I really knew Toby or it was just a misconception.

At the end I finally freaked out.

I spat my coffee and bloody flipped the table as I stood up.
