CH 5 – Conversations

The whole week passed instantly, maybe because I had enjoyed in hugely with Piper, Georgie, Toby and The Yogscast Fan Club? I was now a new member of their club, which gave me an awkward feeling since I'm already in the 'proper' Yogscast community and now spending my free time with fans – boys or girls – in Piper's Dad's owned warehouse building. We never spoke which member I represented, they all had the members filled. And now to think about it... what about Ellie? Why didn't they know about her yet?

Anyways, I got the usual greetings from the members and I would always say hi back before I went to classes. Me and Toby now usually did our music lessons together, since he was the only one I got comfortable with when singing or even playing the piano.

Also, I wasn't the only one with Yognaught friends. We (I mean me, Ellie, Hannah and Lewis) had a little talk while we were eating. It was one of those special days when Hannah and Lewis were free and had enough time for us to eat out. It was also because we started school, and the two wanted to ask us in private how it went.

When I said me and Toby's school was made up of Yogscast fans, Lewis choked in his whiskey. Hannah had no reaction but tries and help Lewis by patting his back hard. Ellie was trying not to laugh at his reaction, but both of us couldn't even hold a grudge but giggle. What was worse is that people were staring at us in the restaurant we went and ate. I didn't care, it was hilarious.

Anyways, after the aftermath: it was Ellie's turn to tell her first day of school to us. In exact words: it was pretty normal except she got bombarded by fans, but she made two friends: Olivia McGrath ('An awesome Scottish person' As Ellie quotes) and Will pike. Lewis didn't reaction that much, but twitch slightly with his left eye.

Wow... he really wants the Yogscast to be secretive at all times.

When Ellie spoke of Will's name, I felt that Ellie was somehow... cautious about him. So I started to tease her saying how she definitely has a crush on him.

"I'm 12, Cat," Ellie had said to me, but I saw a glint of red in her cheeks.

I squealed quietly, "Awww! Ellie has a crush... Ellie has a crush... ow!" I felt her elbow hit my stomach and I moaned in pain. "Well... thanks" I said angrily back.

Muttering, Ellie argued back and replied, "I don't fancy Will."

I smiled and cheekily sang, "Will fancies Ellie! Will fancies Ellie!"

"Don't tease her Cat," Hannah told me and I stopped. We carried on eating our food and talked amongst ourselves. It was nice to finally bond with my family, they were truly the premium parents you can get!

"Cat!"

"What is it?" I shouted back at Ellie while I popped my head out of my bedroom door. For the past 10 minutes, I prepared myself for the day by applying my usual makeup and wearing a 'Hold Space to Slow Down' t-shirt from the Yogscast store, some black leggings and customized Yogscast converse that Ellie had designed during the summer. One of the most known things – in my theory – was you'll always wear at least one item of clothing that relates to the Yogscast. Since Ellie was officially in the Yogscast, I was wearing two pieces of clothing from the merchandise store.

The first weekend had started: and Ellie had invited her two friends: Will and Olivia around the office. My sister had to beg to Lewis for permission to bring her friends; explaining to us that they won't go crazy or ballistic around the members. At the end, Lewis gave up and gave her the permission. I did saw him smile at least, meaning that he was at least happy because Ellie had a chance to introduce her friends to us.
