"I'm never going to get into the Basketball team," CJ pouted about how the Sports Teacher hasn't been picking her for most of her school years. It was an ordinary Thursday Lunch; we've been just talking about school the past couple of weeks since we came back from the Holidays.
More homework was handed to us more than the amount we had before due to the real exams we're going to have in May. I struggled to even get a spoon full of a meal every night since I'm always cooped in my room trying to complete the homework that was always due the next day. School wasn't better as well: there were equal amounts of drama as well as school work.
Paige Reynolds never improved from my perspective, ever since she found out who my parents were. Though once as she left me after spitting an insult at me, I found out that she wished to be a Youtuber one day (I walked passed her during Science as I was trying to clear my equipment away).
"I should've had my New Year's Resolution as: 'Try and wear wedged shoes or heels." CJ frowned, her hand forcing to eat her pudding.
Glancing at Georgie, Piper and Sapphire, I then sighed and said: "Come on CJ, you can't just give up from trying too much. You have to prove to them that you are better than them. Appearance never beats personality; personality is everybody's aspect, and you need to show them that you are up to the determination to beat those tall asses."
"Thanks for the self esteem, Cat." CJ chuckled, finally placing a smile on her face.
After that little moment, Georgie's face lightened up as she shook Piper's shoulders. "Guess what's coming up!"
"Ah no don't tell them!" Piper placed her head in her hands and groaned. "I thought we would never speak of this to anyone!"
Sapphire, CJ and I looked confused as ever until Sapphire asked: "What thing? Wait...oh that thing!"
"Oh yeah, that!" CJ nodded as I was the last one who didn't even have clue of what they were talking about?"
I twitched my eyes and questioned them, "What thing? I don't know this 'thing'!"
Georgie began to explain before her mouth was covered by Piper's hand. "Basically it's a Mathematics competition," She sighed. "Top 10 students of each country fight for the Young International Mathematician."
I stared in awe, shaking my head as I head: "F*ck me... you're competing?!"
Piper's cheeks turned red as Georgie cooed – hugging her by the side. Georgie spoke, "You'll beat those noobs for us, yeah?"
"I'll try," Piper shrugged.
Sapphire asked, "When is it?"
"In a month..." Piper huffed. "And I've been wanting to get into the Internationals for two years now...At least they give everyone a certificate for getting to this round."
CJ replied, "Pfftt...I'm positive that you'll win the big prize. Maybe a Ferrari...or a lot of money so we could all go to a convention and meet the Yogscast!"
"Or just ask me," I chuckled. "If you guys want to come round to the office once in a while, not a lot of course because of the Yogs recording...but yeah: just don't cling on them or scare them to death."

FanfictionPicking up a dandelion from my nearest grasp, I twirl the stem across my fingers. "Well... let's look at this dandelion. How many petals can you count?" I saw him cross his arms and glanced at the dandelion. "Why would I count them, there's so many...
