"Your ideas are... unique." Sai blatantly said, standing on the back of his drawn bird. "Why not blast your way through with gravity?"

Kazumi was crouched at the tail-end, high above the rest. The wind blew especially stronger from above as battle occurred below.

To all their dismay, the monster had created thousands of smaller versions—that still managed to tower over the shinobi below by their variety of heights and widths.

Her gold eyes crinkled. "I was taught that being a master of none is better than being a master of one. If I always blast my way through with gravity, I'll become too readable to the enemy."

She thought back to all her moves in the past. The repetitive element was her own capability, in which she mastered by pure creativity. Kazumi believed that if she used her capabilities and harnessed it into a whim, she could do about anything with her gravity.

That anything can leave the opponent easily surprised. Like now—she analysed the wreckage beneath them, ideas jumping from one to another inside of her calmed mind.

I can't remember the last time I've had thoughts without an annoying ringing...

Kazumi thought, yet to have a headache that would render her mood ruined. What ever happened in that eerie cave with Kabuto, it completely purified her in the end.

Sai tilted his head, scribbling fast in his scroll. "Jack-of-all-trades? That's poetic. I think I trust your judgement..." His dark eyes rolled down to the Uchiha.

She noticed his suspicion, lifting her head slightly to him. "You can trust Sasuke to fight alongside us."

"But I don't. I've seen enough of him to distrust him." Sai's gaze narrowed.

Kazumi's brows flattened as she looked from Sasuke to Naruto, who was glowing with the nine-tail chakra. Sakura was punching through the smaller, separated creations of the creature, her byakugou seal between her eyes brimming with strength that exceeded hers.

"I will become Hokage."

Sasuke's voice then rang inside of her mind.

His tyrannical words left an unsettling taste.

Sasuke... Just what are you planning after all of this?

As if sensing her hardened stare, the Uchiha looked over his shoulder and up to her in the sky. His red eyes were growing heavier, like an irreversible affect had cursed him. Whereas she felt eternally lighter, Sasuke was delving deeper into an abyss far worse than she'd been in.

Kazumi forced her eyes away from his sharingan. "He's still going to fight on our side. I'm slightly aware that he has a clear ending completely different from ours, but that's a later problem. When Sasuke starts, he doesn't stop. He'll be useful in stopping this, in a way."

I hope.

Her face deadpanned.

"Even you..." Sai muttered.

She released a confused sound.

His ink formed on the surface, continuously seeping underground just as they planned.
