Your POV,
You finally arrive at the party everyone's excited about. You were excited, a little anyway.

You walk in and people are already offering you drinks.

"Here take this?" Someone ask shoving a drink in your hand.

"No, no I don't drink" you say, giving it back.

"Tonight you do". They give back your drink and disappear into the crowd, leaving you alone in a room full of people.

"Omg Y/N! You made it" says Amber your best friend. You turn and see her holding two cups of beer.

"Oh you already have one, ah here enjoy" she says giving a random person one of the cups.

"Hey, follow me" she says and starts moving through the crowd. You follow but end up losing her.

"Amber?" You ask. No reply. You keep making your way through the crowd, with a few trips and spilt drink you made your way out the back.

It was crowed. But out of all the people there, you couldn't see Amber.

"Hey" someone says. You turn your head and that guy Shawn was standing there.

"Oh hey". You say blushing. You really liked him but you didn't know if he liked you back.

"So enjoying the party?"

"It's okay I guess" he smiles and stands a bit closer.

"Omg, there you are" says Amber appearing in front of you.

"I lost you" you say.

"No kidding. Ohh, who's this, your secret boyfriend?". You see Shawn start to blush.

"Ah, um...." You mumble.

"We're just friends". He says. At least I know know where I stand, you thought. You felt a bit sad but walked away with Amber, not thinking about Shawn for the rest of the night.
