The Song Series | Introduction

Welcome one, welcome all!!

^ so, we all know this smol bean, correct?

Well, we also know that this lil bean writes incredible music that I for one never get tired of and can listen to to my life's end. He's amazingly talented in what he does. Especially when writing his music. At times his sweet, romantic and compassionate. Other times, he's raw, honest and relatable. And sexy; come on have you not heard Lights On, or Lost In Japan!

Look, what I'm trying to get across to all of you, is that Shawn Mendes is a God who is able to make people feel many emotions and get in their feels by listening to his memorising music. Not only that, his songs enable people to envision themselves within the songs.

For example, Lost In Japan, I'm sure one of you or many, have envisioned themselves lost in Japan with Shawn wanting to make plans to fly to your hotel where you then have the time of your life.

And so, for all those daydreams you dream when listening to a song of his, you can now come here! To this section of this book and can read through Imagines I create based off his songs.

Now, I know that I don't envision exactly what you do, but, I'm sure you'll still enjoy what I write up.

But one more thing, some of these Imagines won't be necessarily based off the lyrics of the song. Again with the Lost In Japan example, instead of Shawn flying to your hotel tonight, you can work side by side in the music video.

See what I mean? Some just won't be exactly how Shawn describes the song, because sometimes your brain uses a lyric or a few and dreams of something not even resembling the song.

But that's okay! Because it means you have an imagination. Use it.

So, Shawn sweetie, are we good to go?
