(Sorry for the wait!!)

Hello everyone. Today I'm back with something I haven't done it quite a while, which of course is a request from a fellow reader.

Now, Shannon, the dear reader who requested this imagine has requested to use her name within the imagine, but for all of you that want your name in it, such as y/n, I have supplied another copy of this imagine without her name.

Hope you all enjoy xx and thank you again Shannon, really hoping I've done your idea justice.

I smile down at the text messages with amusement. I shake my head in disbelief and start up my car, throwing my phone onto the passenger seat and turning up the radio, a new pop song filling the car.

I tap along to the beat on the steering wheel as the world blurs by outside my dusty windows. I bite my lip in thought. It saddens me to know the man who I love with all my heart was incredibly ill but, it also frustrated me due to his stubbornness to taking medication to get better. I shake my head again, though determined to make sure he gets better.

I park by the curbside of his parents home, Shawn staying while he's in town, but with how is health is going, I'm sure he'll have to extend his stay. As I close the door with a soft thud, as another opens and Shawn's mother; Karen, rushes across the mowed lawn to greet me.

"Shannon!" She says breathlessly, relieved that I had finally made it. She pulls me into a hug and soon pulls back, her hands resting on my shoulders as she looks at me intently. "I have no idea what's gotten into that boy, and note the use of boy. He's turned back into a child!" She excliams. "He rummaged around for Leo, unfortunately he found it and now won't let go of him. And you know what else?" I shake my head with a smile. "Muffins. Tons and tons of muffins."

I stifle a laugh and shake my head, covering my mouth slightly.
"It seems as though you have your hands full." She rolls her eyes and nods, her hands falling to her sides as we begin towards the house.

"At least try to make him have the medication. He's so stubborn." She sighs heavily. "Who knows, maybe with you being his girlfriend, he may actually listen. Here's hoping." She holds up her crossed fingers as she smiles widely.
