A/N, This is basically a story that is partly true. Not the part with Shawn, obviously. But the memories. Me and my siblings used to go to the beach when we were little and it was so much fun. But that was forever ago. Now I don't even see my older brother, one of my siblings, hardly at all. I hate to admit it but I miss him. Even if he is annoying, he was always there for me. I wish I could bring the memories back, to re-live them. ' sheds tear ' But sadly I can't, I hope you guys enjoy. This was very meaningful to me and I hope you guys realised that. I love you all, even if it's hardly no people who even read this but it's true. I do and I always will. 💕

Your POV,

My feet splashed in the water, the crystal blue water on the horizon. I breathe in the fresh air and close my eyes. Sucking up the sunshine. I exhale and stretch my arms out wide, like I'm giving the ocean a hug. I open my eyes when a pod of dolphins jump up and below the ocean in the distant. I smile and sit here, on the rock, admiring them.

I hear my siblings have fun in the background, having fun together. Even though I'm the youngest, they still sometimes act like their younger than me. I laugh as they tackle each other into the water, splashing water around. I keep laughing falling off the rock, splashing on after them. I swim back to the shore and sit on the dry yet soft sand watching them tackle each other.

I hear girls start screaming in joy. I look over and see someone familiar. I then gasp in shock as I realise who it was. As I instantly stare they see me and smile. Not taking their gaze from my own. I look away embarrassed and lay back on the sand, watching the clouds.

It was nighttime yet I was still on the beach. A blanket wrapped around me as I sat on my rock, watching the moon glisten off the sea. I hear footsteps, probably just people walking around. But they get nearer and before I know it. The person walking over was now next to me.

"Do you mind if I sit?" They ask, pointing to the rock. I slid over, breathless at who it was.

"Sorry, yeah, yeah, go ahead." I say looking away.

"Thanks, I'm Shawn by the way."

"I already know, um, hi. Nice to, um, meet you?"

"I hope it is." He says laughing.

"I'm ______".

"Nice to meet you too?"

"Stop it Shawn." I say laughing.

"What are you out here for, you know your not in Kansas anymore." I continue.

"Yeah, I'm quite sure of that. And no, just here for a vacation I guess."

"In Australia?" I ask surprised.

"Where else."

"That supposed to be a question, cause I have lots of places?.

"Your funny." He says laughing.

"I know." I say flipping my hair, laughing at my action.

"I only try to be, I guess it lifts my spirits up." I say.

"Well I like that." He says looking at the ocean.

"It beautiful." He says. It looked like he wanted to say more, but kept it for himself.

"I know, I'll miss it. This'll be the last time seeing this place." I say sadly.

"Why? If you don't mind?"

"Family. Sometimes families grow apart. Then it's time to leave for a bit."

"Your running away?" He says concerned.

"Oh no, I mean one member of my family. I'm just visiting my brother and my dad. Then after that, that's it. Back off home."

"Oh, well I'm glad your not running away."

"Me too, me too." I say, resting my head on his shoulder. The best part though, was he didn't seem to mind.
