Chapter 12

(Jessica's POV)

The next all of us were having a quadruple date. The four couples, or just really good friend couples. All of us were going shopping at the mall. All of us were to meet up at the mall. Go have lunch and then began to shop.

I was to go with the boy's since I already bought my outfit earlier in the week. I was going to help pick out some hot outfits for the boy's so the girls will want to rip them apart. I thought in my head, smiling at myself. As I walked into the mall. Heading toward the restaurant, Apple-bees.

Walking in I see that Derek and Melody are there. They had already gotten us a table. Sitting down beside Melody, "Hey guys!"

"Hi, how have you been?" Melody asks.

I smile, "Great, can't wait to do some shopping with the guys."

Derek laughs, "It may not be that exciting." He says that's when Damon and Blake walk in.

They came and sat down next to us. I look at my phone when Athena walked in. "Sorry, I got caught up in something." She said, sitting down beside Damon.

"Where is Courtney?" I ask.

Athena looks down at her phone, "She just texted me and said she is running behind. He parents had an emergency at the vet office. They need her help, and she also says she will be here in a couple of minutes." That's when a waiter came and asked for drinks.

Each of us ordering our drinks, and continuing to talk about different things. When Courtney came running in and sitting down next to Blake. "Oh, my gosh. You do not want to know what I have been through this morning." She gasped out.

Grabbing the glass of water, Blake had ordered. Drinking it down in one glump. "Hello, to you too," Blake said, laughing and giving her a kiss on the cheek.

"Sorry, I just had a very crazy morning. So, how are y'all doing?" She asked.

"Good, excited for the Christmas parties I get to go too," Melody says.

"And all of the mistletoe's, that I have to find," Tyler says.

Looking at Melody, and she turned a bright red. Making all of us laugh at the couple. "So, have we all gotten our special someones a present yet?"

Each of them looked at each. No one said anything, "Does this mean we need to go present shopping too." I say, looking at each one of them.

After, we all finished eating. Separating into our groups of myself going with all the boys. Then the rest of the girls were going to go shopping by themselves. Then later we all are going to shop for presents, and the boys will go by themselves.

Then I will return to shop with the girls. All of us splitting the bill, and we all walk into the mall that was combined in the mall. Walking with the boys to different places, and helping them choose what to wear. The first couple of stores, Blake, Damon, and Michael.

They had found their outfits. The next place Tyler was done, when I looked over at Derek. "Mister, you are being very difficult." He just smiled at me, as we walked around another store. The rest of the boys had decided to go and look for their presents for the girls. While I was left to help Derek. I was holding clothes for Derek as we walked around when he wanted to go try them on.

Huffing, I followed him to the dressing room. Walking in with him, but staying outside the actual dressing room. Giving him the clothes, as he walked in. "Here you go," I said.

He closed the door behind him and I leaned up against. Waiting for him to try on the clothes when suddenly the door flew open. I fell into a bare chest and looking into his brown eyes. He pushed me up against the now closed door and smashed his lips against mine. Having my hands, trail up his bare chest. The feeling of his six-pack and up into his soft blonde hair.

He began to slowly kiss down my neck, and I was trying to hide the moan. But it somehow came out and I slapped my hand over my mouth. Staring at him, and he just smiled at me. Beginning to kiss me again. Trying to push him away, when we heard footsteps coming down the hall. I jumped up on the bench and we heard a knock on the door.

"Are you doing okay in there?" A man asked.

"Yep, doing just fine." He said, giving me a wink.

Making me blush, and glare at him. "Okay, just making sure." The worker said, leaving us.

I got down from the bench, glaring at him still. I opened the door, leaving him in the dressing room. I heard him yell my name, and I looked back seeing him. I turned around to the hot-kiss thing with my finger. And I walked away, and out of the store.

I text Melody to see what store they are in. Heading back to them, and I finally reach them. When I get a text from Derek, "You are in so much trouble!" It said, with a winky face. My face grew red, and I shoved my phone back into my purse. I while I looked for a present for Derek.

(Courtney's POV)

All of us finished trying on clothes and purchasing the outfits. When we began to look for gifts. Walking through stores, when I saw a gun shop. I texted Damon, asking about if Blake had any guns. He texted back, telling me he had a couple.

Walking in the store, I bought some gun cases with the help of the worker. I took the bag and walked out. Wanting to buy something else for him, when I saw this store. It only sells belt buckles. I choose to walk and in, looking around.

When I found the perfect belt buckle for him, and I went to the cashier. She looked down at the belt buckle, laughing at me. "It's for my boyfriend, I thought he would get a good laugh out of it," I said.

She nodded her head in agreement. "Yep, I know I did."

I checked out and left. I decided to go to my car and put my bags in it.

Unlocking my car and stuffing my bags in the trunk. Slamming the trunk down, when I was done. Suddenly, this speeding car was coming down the parking aisle. An old lady was walking in the middle when she dropped something.

Not thinking, I run to the old lady. Blocking her from the car and I could feel the impact of the car. My body laying on the ground, and hear a car door open. That's when I hear my name. "Someone call an ambulance." I hear someone say when I felt arms pick me up.

"I've got you..."

I knew I was safe and the next thing I heard was sirens. Screeching of a car, and people taking me. Putting me inside the ambulance. Tears began to run down my face when I felt someone take my hand. Looking over, and seeing Blake. "I'm here. I will not leave you."

That's when began to go blurry.

"We're losing her." One of the medic's said.

"Courtney, come babe. Stay with me." I heard him say before I blacked out.
