Before you ask, yes I know that one of the reasons why Alexis and I are together is because she wants to forget about Calum and how he made her feel, and to be honest, it doesn't bother me like I thought it would.

I know she isn't completely using me though, I read her mind, she has feelings for me. Plus she drops some pretty subtle hints.

I'm just happy that I have her. Not this way though, I obviously still wish Cal was here because I miss him like crazy, but things like this always come with either a valuable lesson or for a reason. That's just how it is and you can't change it.

Calum Hood is dead. The pack is going to have to move on without him and that's that. He would've wanted that anyways.

I think he would have wanted me with Lex too, I mean, she was his girlfriend and he obviously did love her, so wouldn't he be happy if she was happy?

I was broken out of my thoughts when Alexis bumped her shoulder against my arm. "What? Sorry, I kinda zoned out there." I rambled.

She chuckled and smiled at me. I couldn't help but smile back at her. "Oh really? I just thought you liked to stare at blank walls for no reason." She said with a laugh.

"No. Just thinking." I said with a shrug.

She frowned at me and started to play with her fingers. "Are you thinking about it again?"

"How can I not Lex?" I said with a dry laugh. "He's gone and I can't but think about you and him, but then I think about you and me too. It's just complicated because I still think you still love him-

She cut me off with a raise of her hand. "Luke, stop. You know that I really, really like you. I'm not saying I love you Luke because I don't know if I do or not. I don't even know if I truly even loved Calum either. Yes, I liked him so much and I miss him with all my heart and I know everyone else does too, but I need you to stop overthinking things and just realize that I am yours." She smiled.

I couldn't help but break out into a huge grin and I pulled her in for a hug. I held her for a while, her face in my chest and my chin resting on the top of her head, until I heard her giggle and I pulled back with a smirk, then I leaned down to kiss her but was rudely interrupted by a loud cough.

I turned to see Michael and Sky, both standing with their mouths hanging wide open. "How c-could you?" Sky whispered in shock.

I shot her a confused look but then quickly clued in. It was Calum again.

"You imprinted on Calum Alexis! How could you do this to him!" Sky said, raising her voice slightly. It looked as if she was about to cry.

Alexis ran her fingers through her long hair. "Sky, you don't understand, how do I even know if I actually imprinted on Calum? Maybe I imprinted on Luke!"

Michael and I just stood there, watching the two girls argue, o looked at him and we made eye contact but I saw him glaring at me so I quickly trained my eyes back to the floor.

"Are you kidding me?! You're supposed to love Calum! If you don't think you imprinted on him Alexis I think you may actually be blind, or just plain stupid. I saw how you two looked at each other, we all did. You loved each other and death shouldn't change that. It's been one month Lex. One fûcking month! You do not move on that quickly. And with Luke of all people?!" She was shouting at this point and tears were spilling out of her brown eyes.

Hearing her say these words made my heart break. Was she right? Should I be trying to start a relationship with Alexis anyways?

But Sky wasn't done. "I can't believe you." She spat at Alexis, then turned to me, she opened her mouth to say something but then closed it and just glared at me. I decided to clench my jaw and glare right back.

"I'm done with both of you." She said shakily. That was when I realized that she actually was shaking. Her hands were bright red and trembling, her legs looked like they weren't doing a very good job at supporting her and her eyes were a dark red.

She turned her back to me and started to walk back down the hallway. I looked up at Michael and he just shook his head and went to follow Sky.

I saw Alexis blow air out of her nose and clench her fists and that was when I realized that things were going to get ugly.

"Sky!" She screamed.

Sky whipped around and I saw that she had her fangs bared and her claws out. "What!" She yelled back.

Alexis didn't show any signs of transformation, she just looked extremely pissed off.

I saw a tear slip out of her eye before she screamed at the top of her lungs "Calum. Is. Dead!"

This caused Sky to lunge at Alexis and within seconds, she was on top of her. My eyes shot open and I immediately grabbed Sky and flung her off of Alexis.

Sky landed flat on her bum and she scrambled to stand up. Once she regained her stance, she got ready to pounce once again, but Michael stood in front of her.

"Enough." He said to her sternly.

She made a small whimpering noise in the back of her throat and slowly started changing back into her human form.

Michael turned to us with a look of exhaustion on his face. "We're done here. Pretend this never happened. You two...I don't even know. Just don't do anything stupid." He said, then walked away, dragging Sky behind him.

Once I saw that he had fully turned the corner, I turned to Alexis who didn't look hurt at all, but had tears escaping had eyes. I took a step towards her but she stuck her hand out, stopping me.

I raised my eyebrows at her and she sighed. "Sh-she's right Luke." She whispered.

I moved her hands and hugged her. She stood there and didn't hug me back so I had to physically put her hands around my waist. "I know Lex. I know."

She sniffed and looked up at me. "I'm sorry Luke but I can't do this. I thought I could, but I can't. I do like you. So, so, so much. But, I think I imprinted on Calum."

My heart actually broke at that. I felt tears well up in my own eyes and a lump formed in my throat. Her thoughts were her words. She meant what she said. She doesn't want there to be an us.

I nodded my head and kissed her on the forehead. "I'm sorry too." I whispered back to her.

"I feel so bad for doing this to you Luke. I'm so sorry." She said.

"It's f-fine." I said shakily. "If you're happy then I'm happy."

I felt her nod against my chest and she backed away. "Friends?" She sad with a small smile.

"Friends?" I said with a fake frown. "We're in the same pack and all I get is friends?"

She giggled lightly and shook her head. "Sorry Lucas, best friends."

"That's better." I said, turning to walk to the kitchen where everyone else was.

Until I heard a scream. And not one that you would hear at an everyday concert. This scream came from someone who was in pure pain.

And that someone was Michael.
