Chapter 4
I seriously couldn’t believe I had bumped into Reece again, his smug smile made me so angry but I still had that burning desire to see him again, after all he was an amazing kisser and his after shave o h m y g o d! Such a turn on!
I reached the station and found my platform after about 10 minutes of searching. I was so nervous about today, I had been dreaming about going to Whitehouse for most of my high school life and today was the start of a new beginning.
I was more than looking forward to making some friends my own age, I love Marcus and all but he is my cousin and all its just a bit weird going out with him clubbing and shit. I only had a 10-minute wait for my train so I sat down and pulled out the program for today, I was mostly doing design units for my first semester and I was extremely excited to improve my sewing skills so I can make my own clothes better then I already am. I had a quick squiz on instagram and took a picture of the cover of the program Orientation today! Wish me luck! I looked up and the train would be here any second, I jumped up and put my shit away.
I got on the train and it was packed. Ew. Just what I needed to calm my nerves, a trigger to my claustrophobia. The train stunk of sweat and I was thanking my lucky stars I brought my perfume so I didn’t have traces of that stench on me when I got there. The train ride wasn’t long and before I knew it I was finally leaving this smell, I think it was my happiest moment since moving here I’m not gonna lie.
Whitehouse was only a 5-minute walk from the train station, I walked past a Starbucks and couldn’t resist getting a coffee I was really early though so I had the time.
Once I got there my nerves grew from a 6 to an 11. The campus was so massive and I had no idea where to go. I looked at the map on the program and it gave me a vague idea where to go so I headed in that direction.
It only took me about 5 minutes to find the lecture theater and I had about 10 minutes till it was scheduled to start, it was pretty packed in there so I sat next to this guy I am presuming was gay because as soon as he saw me he eyed me up and down, not in the way like checking out my tits and legs but in the way he was checking out my outfit. I offered him a small smile and sat down.
“Hey there gorgeous, my name is Jack how are ya?” Yep, he was defiantly gay, you could tell it in his voice.
“Hi I’m Taylor, I’m nervous but good thanks!” I let out a nervous laugh, “and you?” he rubbed my shoulder in attempt to comfort my nerves but it just made me more uncomfortable really.
“Yeah I’m good hey, so excited! Do you know anyone here yet?” he asked.
“It will be good! Uhhh nope, I moved over here from Perth like 2 days ago? So I’m pretty new in town!” I let out yet another nervous laugh, this guy was cute, I had always wanted a gay friend and hopefully I would have one soon!
“Aww that’s so cool! I know some girls here, I’m pretty sure they are coming to this lecture so ill introduce you! We are all going out tonight anyway so you should come! It will be load of fun!”
“Oh that would be awesome, yeah I don’t really have any friends here so it would be great to meet some people! And where were you planning on going?” I asked.
“Aww well I’m sure you will get along with these girls just fine they are gorgeous! We haven’t decided yet, but there are lots of places” he said.
“Awesome! Sounds like fun, I’ll be there!” I was excited that I had actually made a friend my own age and I wasn’t going to let an offer like this slip. We kept talking before we were interrupted by a group of 3 girls.
