Laa-Laa sprinted through the corridor of runes, terrified, that she'd be stuck in the dark cave forever. She felt her throat constrict as her heart beat faster, panicking as she frantically searched for some sort of exit. Laa-Laa waved her arms to catch herself as she tripped on a stone step. Regaining her balance, she began to descend the staircase. Slowly, the steps leveled out. After a couple steps on flat ground, there were stairs that sloped upward, a spiral staircase, which disoriented her in the dark.
After several minutes of ascending, she started to see a small glow, like the light at the end of the tunnel. Laa-Laa picked up her pace, wanting out of the dreadful cavern. As she reached the light, she discovered it was a small hole of sunlight shining above her yellow head, like a ray of life. She pushed with all her might on the surface above her head. With difficulty, she managed to push what seemed to be a manhole cover up and out. The dazzling light blinded her, making her blink several times. She found herself in the field of Teletubbyland. It was midmorning, which startled Laa-Laa. It felt like she had been down in that cave for little over an hour, but, in reality, she had been there all night.
Oh great father of the sun-baby, I've been missing all night! she fretted, and broke out in a sprint towards the Tubbytronic Superdome.
