Chapter 10: It's Coming

Po's heart pounded out of her chest as a jarring boom shook her out of her sleep.
A roar echoed across the mountain ranges and Po watched as the other teletubbies were shocked awake.
"Run!" cried Dipsy panic in his voice. The teletubbies raced across the mountain ranges, balancing precariously on the precipices.
The four pairs of feet slapped against the hard rock of the mountain range, and a cold sweat trickled down Po's spine. In this horrible place, who knew what kind of horrors could be waiting?
"Hurry! In here!" Dippy cried, pointing at a small cave on the side of the mountain. It was barely large enough for the four to fit in but they managed. Once they all squeezed into the cave, they say in terrified silence. Po didn't dare to breathe, in fear of alerting whatever lie in wait outside. Laa-Laa grabbed Po's hand in mute reassurance and they sat, listening for the horror that awaited them.
"Did you hear that?" whispered Tinky-Winky shakily.
"Hear what?" Po asked. Then she heard it. A distant sing-song voice. Chanting and singing, sending a shiver down Po's spine.
"It's the bear, it's the bear," it sang eerily.
"I'm coming."
