Abigail's P.O.V:

We all picked out our dresses as we left the mall with a whole load of bags.

Aspen's dress was a golden colored gown.

Typical.

I grabbed a short pink dress. Aspen helped me pick it out.

Zoey grabbed an orange one that was short as well.

Ebony was there as she picked out a green gown that I loved so much. Apparently, Maximus loved it too.

The boys had grabbed their tuxes as well to match the color of our dresses.

Patrick was right next to me as we were walking towards the door to our house. He probably thought I didn't know, but he was looking at me the whole time.

"May I help you?" I asked.

Patrick smiled a bit as he looked away, "it's just. You look so much like your mom when she was young."

"Well, how would you know?" I asked.

"I saw here one time when we were about 16. Before your mom and Stephen got married."

He entered the house as I asked him something.

"Can I talk to you? Like in private?"

"Uh, sure." He replied as he tossed the bags to Pete and we walked up to the spare room where we would always have our little talks.

"What's up?" He asked as he sat down on the bed, I sat next to him.

"It's just." I didn't know how to say it. "I want to take a test."

"What test? Like the PSAT?" He asked.

I laughed slightly, "No, I want to take a birth test."

"YOU THINK YOU'RE PREGNANT!" He shouted.

"NO!" I shouted back, "I was to know who my parents are."

He stopped, "what do you mean? Your parent are Teresa and Daniel."

"My dad had three other children with two different women." I said. "I have a feeling that Daniel might not be my father, or Teresa isn't my mom."

Dad grew silent, "whoa. Okay." He clamped his hands together as he nervously bit his lip. "Wh-When do you want to go?"

I shrugged, "tomorrow?"

"You realize you have school tomorrow right?"

"Can I just miss?"

He looked at me with concern, "you really want to do this?"

I nodded with pride, "yes."

Jared's P.O.V:

It's been close to a week without Gen. No phone calls, no texts, no even a letter. I was truly alone.

"Jared?" Jensen knocked softly on my door to the spare room he gave me.

I stood up as I opened the door, "yea?"

"We start work today." He said. "Go eat. We leave to the office at 10."

He walked away as I glanced at the clock. Exactly 30 minutes til' 10.

I sighed as I quickly took at shower and put on a suit.

I walked out of my room as I fixed my tie as I entered the kitchen.

Danneel was sitting at the table along with Jensen's daughter, JJ. JJ was happily eating as she was singing some song she probably learned at nursery school.
