Jared's P.O.V:

I sat there in the living room with my father and Patrick as he started to head upstairs.

"Thanks a lot." I uttered under my breathe.

Now, it was my father and I in the same room.

I was rapidly shaking my leg through nerves and fixed the beanie over my head multiple times.

"Well, it seems you haven't gotten a hair cut last time I saw you." My father said sternly.

I rolled my eyes, "thanks dad."

"Why?" He whispered.

I looked up at him as he was starting to tear up.

"Why what?" I asked.

"Why did you leave?"

"I had to."

"Jared- you had A FAMILY BACK THERE!"

"NO I DIDN'T! YOU LEFT ME!"

He was silent as I started to tear up as well, "you left me." I whispered. "You and mom threw me out the curb. You wanted Patrick to rule."

"I did not." My father defended. "I was saying that at the time because of Teresa-"

"STOP!" I shouted as it echoed through the house. "STOP TALKING! DON'T SAY HER NAME!"

He jumped slightly as I heard someone come downstairs.

"Is everything alright?" Patrick asked.

"How is your father?" My dad asked Patrick.

Patrick, who was holding a guitar, looked down at it. "I don't know. I haven't seen him since I was 18."

My father purses his lips, "well. That's a shame."

There was silence again as Elisa came downstairs as well with Andy.

"There she is!" My father exclaimed. "My nephew's wife!"

He stood up as he basically lifted her off the air. Elisa laughed as Andy exclaimed.

"She is expecting the baby any day!"

As my father heard those words, he set her down gently. "Sorry."

Elisa smiled slightly as she walked into the kitchen.

Kevin came downstairs as he fixed his tie, "Y'all ready to par-tay?"

We all chucked slightly as we all walked into the dining room.

Abigail's P.O.V:

I fixed the beanie over my head as Aspen walked out of the restroom in a long dress.

"You look pretty." I complimented.

She smiled, "so do you."

I looked in the mirror to see my flannel shirt and brown boots with some skinny jeans. Kevin said to dress nice, but I want to be more comfortable than pretty.

"Let's head to the kitchen than." She suggested.

I nodded as I opened the door and walked downstairs.

Maximus walked out of his room with a similar shirt as mine with a black beanie.

He smiled as he saw what I was wearing, "are we going to be those kind of siblings?"

I giggled, "I guess we are."

We all headed downstairs as they were setting up the table.

Maximus started to grab the plates as he set them down as I set down the table wear.
