Chapter 3

Dani's p.o.v:

The weekend went by pretty fast, maybe a little too fast for my liking. I was waiting outside on my pouch for Luke to come pick me up. Like he always does.

Luke pulled up and I got in. "You seem nervous, are you okay?"

"After what happen Friday, what do you think?" I asked.

"You'll be fine" He smiled. I hope so

Pulling into the parking lot. I can see Calum and his girlfriend standing outside by his car talking to his friend. We have to pass them to get into the school.

Luke and I walked side by side. I had my head down as we passed them. "Hey b!tch!" I heard, Why did wear my hair in a ponytail today? as someone yanked me back by grabbing into my hair.

"Aahhh!" I yelled yanking my hair back. I turn around to see Stephanie, aka Calum's annoying girlfriend. Who thinks she rules the school.

"I need you and your emo f#cked up self to stay away from my boyfriend!" She yelled at me. I gave her a confused look still holding my head. I feels like she wanted to rip my hair out.

What the hell is she talking about?!

"What?" I asked quietly, barely above a whisper. Okay, I can talked to her, sort of. But not Calum, he worst.

"I know you two were at the mall together, I saw it!"

Okay, first of all. Why on earth or on any planet would I want to hang out with Calum?! Unless I wanted to die, or gone insane.

"Hey!" Luke pushed me to be behind him. "What the hell are you talking about? Dani wouldn't ever go near that a$$hole, even if you paid her"

"Don't talk about me that way, Hemmings. Unless you want me to beat your a$$ up like I do your little girlfriend" Calum yelled pushed Stephanie behind him.

"I don't care, Hood. If it means protecting my friend, I will talk to that way" No, Luke no. I started tugging in his flannel, trying to pull him into the building way from this getting any uglier.

"Awwww, look at the little mouse" I stopped tugging. Why does he have to make me feel so small. "Trying to protect her friend, when she can't even do it herself" Calum cooed.

"Don't talk to her like that!" Luke yelled pushing Calum.

NO!!! This isn't going to end well.

"Did you just push me?!"

"Well, it wasn't the wind!"

"That's it, Hemmings! You're dead!"

Calum grabbed Luke by his shirt and throwing him to the ground. They started punching and hitting each other.

"This is all your fault!" Stephanie told me. I ignored her and ran to Luke and try and get him off Calum. I don't want Luke getting hurt cause of me.

"Luke! Stop! Please!" I begged him.

Calum pushed Luke off him and stood up and faced me. He looked angry, great. "Luke? It's always Luke with you, isn't it" He said angrily coming closers to me. I backed away until I couldn't anymore. Calum grabbed me by shirt and lifted me up. I felt like crying too much, but nothing was coming out. He wasn't doing anything just staring into my eyes. What's going on with him?!

Calum's p.o.v:

"Luke! Stop! Please!" Dani begged him. Luke?! LUKE! It's always Luke with her, Why not me?!

I pushed Luke off me and stood up and faced her. "Luke? It's always Luke with you, isn't it" I said angrily coming closers to her. She backed away until she hit the wall behind her. I grabbed her by her shirt and lifted her up. I don't know why, but when she looked at her me. I just stopped and stared at her, with her beautiful brown eyes and the way her hair goes from brown to-, shut up Calum. What are thinking?
