Chapter 11

Dani's p.o.v:

The next day, consists of going out for breakfast, then lunch, going to the movies, bowling, you name it. Then at home we ordered in, relaxed and watched TV. I love spending time with dad, we could be sitting around doing nothing all day and still have fun.

~Next Day~

I woke up, got dressed, and somewhat packed my stuff. I'll be coming back later anyway. I want to spend time with my dad before going back home today. I went downstairs to see my dad making breakfast.

"Morning, sweetie" He said when he saw me come in.

"Morning" I said back, sitting at the counter.

"Have everything you need?"

"Yup, just need to finish packing my stuff later today and I'll be good" I said taking the plate of food he handed to me.

"You're mom letting me come to the wedding" he suddenly said.

"What?! Are you sure she said that? Cause she could have be drunk or something" I said.

"Yes, she did" He laughed. "I know watching her getting married to another man isn't the best thing. But I want to be there for you that day, not her"

"Thank you, that means a lot" I check the time and heard a beep outside. "Well, I've got to go" I place my dishes in the sink and kiss my dad on his cheek. "Bye, dad. See ya later"

"Have fun, sweetie" He heard him say back.

I walked up to the car to find Michael in the back seat. "Hey guys" I said as I get in.

"Hey" They both said.

"How come your here?" I asked Michael.

"What? I can't be here. What Luke can only drive you" He said all dramatically. "I thought we were friends" Then started to pretend to cry.

"His car broke down and asked for a ride" Luke said pulling into the school.

"That's all I was asking" I giggled.

"Yeah, I tried starting my car and it would work. The one day, I drive to school and my car breaks" Michael said. I shake my head and get out. "Why is Calum coming towards us?" Michael whispered asking us.

"I don't know" I said looking at him.

"Hey, guys" Calum smiled at us, Ashton was with him. We stood around Luke's car, no one saying anything.

"Is there a reason you're here?" Luke asked.

"Right, I came to say hi" Calum said still smiling. Weird.

"Great, now leave" Luke said harshly.

"What? Is it wrong for me to come up to you and say hi to my sister and her friends?"

Oh no he didn't.

"Sister?" Ashton and Michael asked. I only told Luke and I guess Calum didn't tell Ashton.

"Right, My dad marrying her mom. Isn't that right" they all looked at me. I just nodded my head looking down.

"Well, I'll see you guy later. Come on, Ash" and they walked away from us. Why dose life do this to me? How dose you're bully end up as you're step brother.

Calum's p.o.v:

Ashton followed me to my locker as we left Dani and them. "Why didn't you tell me Dani was going to be your step sister? I'm your best friend"

"I don't know, okay. It shocked me too. Plus, my dad told me we're moving too" I told him getting my stuff out of my locker.

"You're moving, where?"
