AUTHOR'S NOTE: I'm going to do Zira's POV again. Why? Because I realize that I don't do hers long enough on the chapters. I always end it short. So today Zira gets the spot light! ^_^. Okay, you may finish reading.

*Zira's POV*

The next day early morning I woke up and left out the cave. My mother, step father, and step siblings are still sleeping with loud snores. They don't know that I'm going on a fast trip to the Pride Lands. It's only on the other side of the river. All I have to do is swim over and I'm there!

Scar wants me to do a job for him. He thinks Mufasa is lying about Queen Uru being dead and the hyenas fighting against the pride landers. It sounds pretty true to me. But of course Scar being stubborn and all, he still wants me to go check out things.

Once I made it to the other side of the river, I shake out my tan fur dry and run straight down a narrow path that led to Pride Rock.

"Zira is that you??" Ask a voice.

I climb up the rocky steps that led to Pride Rock's very tall long ledge. There I found Sarabi who gave me a warm smile.

"I thought that was you I had saw. How are you my friend? You've come so early!" She spoke while giving me a hug.

I return the hug and nod. "Yeah I know. Sarabi, I've come with questions."

"Oh um, what type of questions?"

"Is it true that Queen Uru is dead?"

Sarabi eyes went from happiness to sadness. She hung her head low closing her eyes tight. I can tell she doesn't want to cry in front of me. I step close nuzzling her in a sisterly way.

"So you've heard, huh?" Sarabi asked.

"Yeah, someone told me yesterday. So it's true? Where's King Ahadi?? I know him, Mufasa, and Athena have taken this very hard." I said.

"King Ahadi tries to keep strong in front of the whole pride. But deep down I know he just wants to cry his heart out. Athena hasn't spoken to anyone. She's been pretty distant. Mufasa ran off yesterday and never returned. I've been sitting here on the ledge waiting for his return. I gotten no sleep last night!"

"Oh no Sarabi! You need your sleep darling. It's not good, you've been up so many hours. The body needs plenty of rest!"

She nod. "I know Zira."

So, Queen Uru is really dead. I knew Mufasa wouldn't lie about something like that. Scar needs to stop being a jerk and come back home! I'm pretty sure there will be some sort of ceremony or funeral. I bet Sarabi doesn't know her mate is probably out some place close maybe trying to beg his brother Scar to come back home. She also doesn't know that Scar is alive. If I tell her and she go tells King Ahadi, maybe it'll bring happiness to the Pride Lands ! Yeah!!

"Sarabi, there's something else I have to tell you." I started.

Sarabi finally open her eyes and lift her head up meeting them with my own. "What is it?"

"Taka is alive."

"No, your kidding."
