"And that is how you-"

Blah, blah, blah- yeah, I knew that already, can we just study something I don't know? You thought as your teacher said things that you yourself already knew and have no intentions of reviewing them again.

Damn. One of the downsides of being a prodigy- Almost knew everything the teachers teach in class. You thought, as you continued scribbling on your journal.

You are an amazing student, one of the smartest in the school. Also, at a young age you graduated High School. You graduated High School at thirteen for flippin' sakes!

'RIIIIIIIIIIIINNNGGGGG!!!!!'

"Finally!" You shouted, but not that loud for your teacher to hear, but loud enough for your best friend to hear.

You hurriedly shoved your things-books, your journal, notebooks and some drawing pens into your backpack. You stood up, ready to sprint away from the classroom, but was stopped.

"Hey, hold your horses, (Y/N)!" Hiro, your best friend said, as he stood up from his seat beside you.

"What?" You asked, kind of irritated. You really wanted to get away from the boring classroom, and to him as well.

You see, you liked him for a long time now, but he's one of the most densest people you met. And you lost hope when Hiro admitted his feelings towards another girl to you.

Stupid feelings. You thought as you asked Hiro the same question again. "What?"

"Oh, uh, the gang and I are having a sleep over at Fred's, and I-we, wanted to know if you want to come." Hiro said, with a hint of red on his cheeks.

"Oh. Sorry. I'm kind of busy with some things, I'll just catch the next one I guess." You said, getting tired of talking. You really wanted to get away from him for some time, to clear your feelings and forget about it.

And based from your response to Hiro, you were pretty harsh. So you grabbed your backpack and started walking away, leaving a dumbfounded Hiro alone in the classroom.

----

"Mom, I'm home!" You called as you opened the front door of your house. But since your mom did not answer back, you figured that she was still at work.

You just shrugged, then locked the door behind you. You don't want any more troublemakers entering your home. And by troublemakers, you meant the gang-but mostly Hiro.

You then climbed upstairs to your room. You closed the door to your room then let the bag fall from your back to the floor, making a 'thud'.

You opened your bag and grabbed your (F/C) journal. You also grabbed your pen and started writing about today.

Another stupid day in a stupid life. Ugh. What could possibly happen tonight? Me getting hit by a meteor and die? That might probably be a good thing, considering the fact that I don't have to see Hiro again.

(A/N: Harsh, I know...)

You rolled your eyes at your own remark. You continued writing, and added some doodles as well.

Why do I even have to fall for him anyway? There are a lot of guys in the planet, but I have to fall for the guy who doesn't like me back. And I'm stupid for actually becoming his friend. I really shouldn't have met him at all.

Less pain. Less stress. No heartbreaks.

You stopped writing at the sound of the doorbell. You knew that it's probably Hiro or another one from the gang, so you hid your journal under your mattress and went down to answer the door.

You opened the door to see Hiro. And only Hiro. "Great. Just what I wanted. A visit from the person who doesn't like me back!" You were being sarcastic to yourself that you didn't even see Hiro walk closer to you.

You only noticed that Hiro was inches in front of you when he stared at you with those brown eyes of his.

"W-what are you doing here?" You asked and hated yourself for stammering.

"I-I wanted to talk to you." He said. You just stared at him, not bothering to answer.

"I-I....ugh! Why is talking hard?!" He shouted. You merely rolled your eyes and smirked. "Spill it already, knucklehead. Your'e wasting time." You said, in a joking way.

That made Hiro chuckle a bit, but it was obvious that he was nervous.

"I-uh....I...reallyreallylikeyouandI'msorryfornottellingyouearlier." He said, really fast. You didn't even understand him-barely-but not really understandable at the moment.

"What?" You asked, an eyebrow raised.

This time, Hiro took a deep breath and decided to slow down. "I really, really, like you. No- I love you, I love you more than anything, (Y/N)."

Shocked by his words, you closed the door. You heard Hiro pounding the door from the other side.

"(Y/N)! Let me in!"

You took a deep breath, while Hiro is still pounding at the door, you decided to tell him your response.

You opened the door to see a very flustered Hiro. "I-I'm sorry if I suddenly-" You stopped Hiro mid-sentence by slamming your lips onto his.

This took Hiro by surprise but returned the kiss nonetheless. Your hands find their way to his hair, making it more messier. Hiro didn't mind it at all, in fact, he wanted to do this with you for a long time now.

Your heart fluttered in your chest when you felt him return the kiss, and so does his. Hiro never felt this good and happy in his life. He was so happy.

When the two of you broke the kiss for air, you were completely red. And so is Hiro.

"I'm so sorry that I confessed without knowing how you feel. But, does that kiss mean anything to you?" Hiro asked, blushing harder than ever.

"I mean it's fine if you don't feel the sam way but-" you stopped Hiro once again in his sentence.

"Hiro, your'e smart, you think I would kiss you if I don't feel the same way?" You asked him, jokingly.

"Y-you like me...?" Hiro asked, stammering. You just rolled your eyes, but a smile is still visible on your red face. "Do you want me to pinch you?" You asked.

Hiro nodded. He probably thinks that this is all a dream. So you pinched him. Pretty hard that it left a mark. "Ow! Not that hard!" Hiro said.

You laughed while Hiro puts a hand over the part where you pinched him.

"This isn't a dream after all. I like you, and you feel the same..." Hiro muttered, but loud enough for you to hear.

"Yes knucklehead, I like you too, so now can we go inside and actually enjoy each other's company rather than stay here and let the whole neighborhood know." You say, with an amused face.

"Oh...right. Sorry." Hiro said, as he intertwined his hand with yours.

As he did that, you knew that this is going to be an addition to your journal. An addition to the happy memories in your journal. But, this is the happiest moment in your life. And so does for Hiro.
