So, the next day, we held a mandatory meeting, which was highly unlikely, since our meetings usually are held on Wednesdays. Instead of practicing, we discussed the plan we had formed yesterday.

"So, Reece, have you figured out how to get us out of school for missions yet?" I asked, starting up the conversation.

Reece lights up at this. "Well, I have two ways:

One, we all use our powers to create a distraction, like, I can make some 'accidental'  fire and set off the fire alarm, or Tempest can create a thunderstorm and a power outage, and we can sneak out.

Two, Aurora practices making clones, since she can now have any power. In class, Aurora will read everyone's mind, tell them that there's an emergency on the radio, and then read if they can come or not. Then, we all go to the bathroom and Aurora will make clones of us.  We put our costumes on, Isabella will make us invisible, and Aurora will control the clones and tell them what to do, like "here's the schedule, act like us." The clones and us will walk out, clones going to our classes, and us sneaking outside. Then, Aurora will use her super speed, and we'll get there in no time."

We all gaped at Reece, like she was the craziest thing we'd ever seen.

"What?" she asked defiantly, but looking the slightest bit uncomfortable all the same.

"Well...." I began, trying to configure all the thoughts in my head. "Well, I don't think plan number one will work, since the school will probably figure out we're behind it, like, what if we become famous and they know our powers? Besides, intentionally pulling the fire alarm or making an emergency could get us expelled. So, no, plan 1 won't work."

Reece slumped a little, but I kept going.

"But plan 2 might actually work. It's crazy, plus it relies mostly on me, but it might just work. The only problem is... what are we going to do with the clones once we're back at school?"

"Easy," said Reece, lighting up. "You shrink them and paralyze them, then put them in our purses that we carry our costumes in. Then, you can un-paralyze them, un-shrink them, and use them again."

I thought it was a little cruel, but once I realized that clones technically aren't people, I agreed.

"Ok. So, I'll get the fabric from Michael's on Saturday, when we all go on our day trip to pretty much wherever we want to go. Then, I'll ask Ms. Olive if she can sew our "Halloween" costumes, and get the masks from Party City. Then, everyone just has to bring purses to school, and we're pretty much set!"

"Here's the drawings," Flora murmurs, holding out 6 pieces of paper to Reece, who takes them and puts them into her bag.

"All right!" we all say, and we all put our hands in, since it's 4:30. "1, 2, 3, The Extraordinaires!"

We pack up, go upstairs, say our goodbyes, and walk out the door.

Watch out, bad guys. The Extraordinaires are coming.
