"Oh my god, Scarlett. Could you be any slower!" Ashley whined. "Calm down, and stop complaining! I'll be done in a minute!" I spat. Hi, my name is Scarlett Reed and I'm a nineteen year old girl living in Las Vegas. Nothing too fancy. In case you were wondering, that was my friend Ashley Simmons. She is something else. Today was her birthday and her parents were too busy to remember. I felt bad and she said she wanted to go to the club. I was a bit surprised because she's the innocent face that would always wander the hallways.

Well I guess that changed. I was taking her to this really cool one. I've been there only about three times. I don't go a lot. You see, people think I look innocent but my personality tells a different story. I saw and heard Ashley's fingers snapping in my face. "Alright, enough daydreaming. Let's go now!!" She begged. "Okay okay. I'm coming." I said, waving my hand around. "Yay!" She cheered. I rolled my eyes and pulled down my skin tight black dress slightly.

I walked out the front door quietly and walked to my car. I hopped in the drivers and waited for Ashley. I sighed. She walks so damn slow. After what seemed like forever, she hopped in the passengers. "Took you long enough." I mumbled. "What?" She asked. "Nothing!" I innocently said, perking up my attitude. "Mhm." I rolled my eyes playfully. I pulled out of the driveway and drove to the location of the club I wanted to take her too.

"Ready for a fun birthday?" I asked her. She nodded like a little kid getting candy. I giggled at her expression. I walked through the door and she ran in another direction already loosing her in the dark-lit building. I rolled my eyes. Might as well let her have fun. I walked over by the bar and sat on a stool. I ordered a drink and played with my phone. I put it back in my purse and continued to enjoy myself.

Around an hour later, it was almost midnight and I was beyond tipsy. I could've sworn I was seeing double of everyone in here. Heck, I couldn't see anyone! I stood up and started walking outside. I thought maybe I should head home. I was going to drive carefully. Well, as carefully as I could. I stepped outside and I felt someone grab me. Seconds later I saw nothing but darkness.

A strong pounding in my head woke me up from my slumber. I tried to rub my head with my hand but I was stopped by a thick rope tied around my wrists. "What the hell?" I said aloud. I tried pulling them out but the knots were too tight. My ankles were tied as well. What the hell is going on? I tried pulling out of them again. Nothing. I sighed shakily. I looked at my surroundings and saw I was sitting on a bed. The walls were painted a navy blue color. I heard people walking around, talking downstairs.

They were all guys. That scared me even more. What's a nineteen year old girl like me, doing in a house full of guys like this. I felt tears coming to the rims of my eyes. What were they going to do with me? I heard footsteps coming up the stairs. I immediately froze. The steps kept coming closer and closer.

"H-Hello?" I asked, my voice cracking. I saw the shadow of someone's footsteps by the door. I felt my heart pounding a thousand beats a minute. I could've sworn it would've popped out'ta my chest any minute now. The door burst open to a guy maybe in his later twenties looking pissed off with a hand knife held firmly in his hand. "Do you ever shut the hell up?" He sneered, walking towards me. My pupils grew large, not being able to see the color in them.

"Please don't," I pleaded. His hand knife went behind my back and sliced the rope cutting it off. I grabbed my wrist and rubbed them from the rope burn formed on them. He reached to cut the ones on my ankles to, but first he traced the tip of the knife on my leg leaving a trail of blood behind. I yelled quietly from the burning pain in my leg as he cut the rope on my ankle. "Now shut your damn mouth and stay here." He snarled.

He turned around and walked out the door. Hot, salty tears poured violently down my cheeks. I stepped off the bed and limped to what I thought was a bathroom. I didn't know where anything was. I grabbed toilet paper and tried my best wiping off the blood. After several times of trying, I gave up and walked back and sat on the bed. Blood still dripped down and I was at the point where I had to wipe it with my hands. My hand was now bloody and had dried blood.

I sighed and brought my knees to my chest and hid my face. I felt like breaking down but I was afraid to even make a noise like the guy said. I heard the door click, quietly opening. "Please. Don't hurt me." I whispered. No one said anything. I heard the footsteps walking closer to me. The figure sat on the bed right by me. "What happened to your leg?" A deep raspy voice asked.

I looked up and saw a different guy then before. I saw a guy around my age with light brown spikes hair, and honey brown eyes. He was wearing a black hoodie with the hood threw up. "One of t-them had a p-pocket...." "Was he around 6 feet, brown hair, gray shirt?" He asked. I nodded. "That's Zak. He kinda has anger issues." He looked at the blood that was already dripping down to my ankle.

"Here, ill help with your leg." He sat up and walked into the bathroom. He walked back out with a wrapping bandage. He carefully grabbed it around the slit. "Thanks," I quietly said. "W-Who are you?" I shyly asked. "You don't know who I am?" He scoffed. "Well I'm half drunk so I can't remember faces too well." I smartly said. He chuckled. "I'm Jason McCann." He lowly said. As soon as I heard those words come out of his mouth, it clicked. Las Vegas's top wanted.
