Today was the day Jason meets my parents. Its been almost a month since we've first talked about it so we decided to set it up. I was really nervous. My mom already loved Jason from what I told her. I would always tell her about all the crazy stuff he does. The good crazy stuff though.

It was my dad I was worried about. He never really liked the idea of me having a boyfriend. But I'm nineteen, I'm a legal adult. It's not like he can make choices for me anymore. The dinner wasn't until 7:00 tonight. It was noon as of now. I was with my mom at my house. I thought maybe I could hang out with her before dinner.

"So, do you have an outfit for tonight?" She asked. I widened my eyes. I knew I was forgetting something! A dress, how can I forget the dress! "No. I don't. I need one." I said rubbing my face. "Lets go to the store. We still have a lot of time until dinner. I know the perfect store for dresses." She smiled.

My mom always liked to shop with me. I dont know why exactly but I guess it was fun. Tonight was going to be a really fancy restaurant. My parents are just like that. In fact, Jason texted me earlier today asking what to wear. I had to tell him to find a suit. Yes, a suit. That's how fancy. I was interrupted by my mom pulling my arm to her car.

"Woah calm down. You really want me to get this dress don't you?" I giggled. "Well honey, you know how picky you are and how long you take." She said raising an eyebrow at me, smirking. I shrugged knowing she was true. She started the car and headed down the street to the store she was talking about.

About twenty minutes later, she pulled into the parking lot of a store that had tons of dresses in the windows. "Mom! These are dresses for like weddings or proms and stuff. "Oh relax. You'll find something in here." She said waving a hand. I rolled my eyes and followed her inside.

The only thing I saw when I walked in was racks upon racks of dresses. Of almost any color you could think of. "Mom, this is going to take forever by how many dresses are here!" I groaned. "Scarlett, relax. You'll find something in here. I bet on it," she winked. "Thanks but I'm broke, so..." I laughed walking towards one of the racks.

I thought I was over exaggerating when I said they looked like they were for weddings or proms. But I really wasn't. These dresses are all out. They either have sparkles, glitter or like some poofy thing at the bottom. Is that what I'm looking for? Hell no.

I looked at the last rack out of maybe eight and found the perfect looking dress. It was strapless & navy blue and it had decorative folds in it. I smiled at it knowing this was the dress. I grabbed it and took it into the dressing room placing it on. I looked at myself in the mirror and pouted my lip out in approval.

It fit in all the right places. It made my curves define, and made my ass and breasts look bigger. I smirked knowing Jason would probably like that. More like love it. I took it off and placed it back onto the hanger it was put on. I redressed and walked out to the line. My mom caught up to me and pulled out her wallet. "Mom stop. Put that away." I said.

"No, I want to pay. It's the least I can do." "Mom, really you don't...-" "Shush. I'm paying." I sighed giving up, just letting her pay for the dress. After she paid, we walked to the car and drove back home.

I looked at the time and we waisted almost 3 hours there. 2:46. I sighed and walked through the front door. I was exhausted. I walked upstairs and decided to take a small nap before we got ready & left.

My eyes fluttered open to the sound of footsteps walking around. I looked and saw I was laying in bed. I glanced over at the time and it read 5:45. I should probably get ready now even though I kinda don't want to. I was now tired due to the nap. I sat up and walked to my closet grabbing the brand new dress. I took off my current clothes and slid the dress on. I reached my hand behind my back trying to zipper it up, but I couldn't.

I sighed and walked to my mom asking her to help. She zippered it up and I ran back upstairs. I decided to curl the ends of my hair instead of leaving it straight like I always do. I curled the very ends so they fell loosely in front of me. I tried putting my make up on presentably. I winged out my eyeliner a bit and put extra mascara on to make my eyelashes stick out. When I was done, I looked at myself in the mirror.

I was satisfied with how I looked and walked out. I read the time. 6:30. We have a 7:00 reservation. I slid on my black high heels and walked downstairs. I already saw the headlights of Jason's car in the driveway. I opened the door and Jason was standing there looking like he was about to knock. I smiled at him. He was wearing a suit jacket and shirt with black skinny jeans and black high tops.

"Wow. Who knew Jason McCann could dress up." I jokingly said. "I always dress up babe." He smiled. He looked at my outfit and raised his eyebrows looking me from head to toe. "You look....sexy." He said. I giggled at him. "You don't look to bad yourself." I said. I pouted still not being as tall as him. "What?" He chuckled. "I'm still shorter than you!" He rolled his eyes playfully. "Are they gonna follow us?" Jason asked pointing towards his car.

"Yeah hold on. Let me tell them." I said walking towards the kitchen where my parents were. "Stop staring at my butt Jase." I laughed, feeling his eyes on my lower behind. "Hey, Jason's here so if you wanna start following us." I smiled. "Alright, we're coming." My mom said smiling.

My dad, with a neutral look on his face. I sighed and walked back to Jason. I grabbed his hand and walked to his car. "Lets go." We hopped in his car waiting for my parents to get in mine. Soon we reversed out of the parking lot and drove to the fancy Italian restaurant with my parents following behind.
