~Lucy POV~

I wiped the tears off my cheek with the back of my sleeve and as I was wiping them I caught a glimpse of the bracelet Natsu gave me this morning.

I began to fiddle with it and think about what just happened a couple of hours ago. I heard Natsu curse at Flare and then a door slam once I was upstairs. I was still mad at Natsu but there's still a chance he was set up to do this by the demon downstairs.

My thoughts were interrupted when I heard the door bell ringing. I quickly raced downstairs and checked myself in the hallway mirror before peeping through the peep hole. I opened the door to reveal Natsu standing in front of me with a tear stained face himself.

"Lucy, I'm sorry..." He sniffled making my heart weak. I couldn't bare to see him like this.

"Flare forced you to let her go to the girls night didn't she ?" I asked as he slowly nodded to confirm.

"Lucy, I need to tell you something really important. I want you to hear it from me before hearing it from someone else..."

"Okay... ? Natsu what is it, you're scaring me ?"

He inhaled deeply before beginning to talk again.

"You know that secret Flare has been threatening to say about your parents ?" I nodded as my heart raced in anticipation. "Well I-"

"Lucy, Natsu, didn't you hear the doorbell ring...again ? Your guests are waiting outside ! Idiots." She said pushing Natsu towards the door. I guess I won't find out until later what he wants to say me. That's if he still wants to tell me.

"Juvia !" I greeted her warmly, giving her a strong hug which she gladly returned.

~Natsu POV~

I was about to tell Lucy when Flare purposely interrupted us. She doesn't care about the guests anyway, she just wants it to be her to tell Lucy the secret...but I won't let her.

"Gray, I think we can discuss our business later."Gray gave me a weird stare. I pretended to give him a bro hug but I took the opportunity to whisper to him without Flare hearing. "We can't leave them with Flare. She's dangerous." Gray nodded and went back to acting causal although sticking to Juvia's side more than before.

We took our seats on the sofa. Me, Lucy and Gray and Juvia sat on the long sofa while Flare sat by herself on the opposite side.

"So what are we doing on this fun night ?" She asked eagerly.

"Who says it has to involve you." I said placing my arm around Lucy. Flare's envy immediately magnified.

"How about truth or dare ?" She suggested.

I froze already knowing nothing good was going to come out of this.

"Sure ! Sounds like fun !" Said Juvia, oblivious to Flare's evil plans. I guess Gray forgot to tell her about Flare...

"Hmm...I'll go first..." Her eyes scanned each of us and I began to feel really nervous. I have no idea what she has planned but this is not going to be good at all. "Natsu.  Truth or dare ?" I mentally curse at her for picking me.
