Chapter 30 - Ambush Plan on Dragneel & Reunited NaLu !

~Natsu POV~

Gray was just about to drive when I stopped him. I waited until Lucy shut the door and made sure Loke stood alone. I needed to make him pay for what he just did.

"Natsu what are you-"

I cut him off by jumping out the car and slamming the door shut. I walked up to Loke who snapped his head to face me. He surprisingly didn't seem scared at all, in fact he acted completely naturally.

"Do I know you ?" He said as he got a cigarette from his pocket.

"Everyone knows me, you might not seeing as you're irrelevant." He lit the cigarette and put it to his lips, shrugging me off.

After a couple of moments of silence, and tension building up rapidly between us he decided to speak again.

"Oh I see who you are..." He said throwing his cigarette on the ground and stamping on it. "You're Natsu Dragneel. You're the person who hurt my cousin." He said shoving me, but failing to as I didn't even budge a step.

"I hurt a lot of people, mainly ones that were a pain the backside, probably like your cousin. What was his name again ?" I said taking advantage of his bad mood.

"Haru Celeste." He said squinting his eyes at me. I tapped my chin thinking about who he was talking about until I finally remembered.

"Oh yeah.....sorry 'bout that. Where is he now ?" I ask pretending not to know, although I do know because I'm the one that told him to leave.

"Well, you kind of threatened him to leave so he's obviously not here. You took away from me the only family I had left."

"How do you think I feel ? All my family are dead !" I shouted getting closer to his face in attempt to scare him.

"No they aren't your-"

"Yes they are, unless the zombie apocalypse has begun and I was unaware. Now, you better leave my girlfriend alone or else you'll be joining your brother." I said cracking my knuckles. He stared at me befor letting out a dry chuckle.

"Lucy loves me, not you. She's over you. Ahhh if only Ezra wasn't here...maybe the kiss could've lead to something more romantic-"

"You better shut the hell up or you'll be lucky if you ever get to speak again by the time I'm finished with you." I spoke through clenched teeth as I grabbed him by his collar and pinned him against the wall.

"Natsu ! Natsu ! Stop !" Said Gray trying to pry me off him. He just has to come and ruin everything, as usual.

"Stay. Away. From. Luce. She. Is. mine." I said tightening my grip, slightly disrupting his breathing.

"No......Dragneel......, I refuse....to give up...without... a fight. Let's fight .....fair and square in two days...,, in the Magnolia mall car park. You can't bring anyone,......just me and you." He said while attempting to catch his breathe back. I thought about the offer and decided to let him go.

"Fine. In 2 days at 11pm, you better not be late." I growled as I walked away from him.

Loke Celeste, I will defeat you, just as I defeated your cousin.

Lucy is mine. Only mine.

~Loke POV~

I adjusted my shirt back to normal and for back to walking home. Tonight was eventful. I have to admit that Lucy girl is hot, no wonder Natsu dated her. I'm not dating her because I like her though, I'm dating her to get more information for Sting regarding Natsu and for a distraction.

It's a shame he won't get to date her again by the time I'm done with him. He might not even be able to breathe again, who knows.

I couldn't beat Natsu alone, he was too strong so I decided to call backup so that they could ambush Natsu on the day we've to fight. I knew the perfect guys to ask.

"Rogue, how 'bout you come with your guys to teach Dragneel a lesson in two days time at 11pm ?" I said smirking devilishly.

"Ok, yes you can tell Sting. By the time we're done with him he'll be unconscious for sure and nobody will know his location....apart from Gray, but he's not coming. Natsu keeps his word. If he said he's coming alone, he'll come alone." I couldn't wait to watch Natsu go down. It's been my goal since he took away my brother. Now I'll make sure he's the one to get taken away...for good. By the sounds of it, Sting wants to kill him. Fine by me...

Tomorrow will be a long but happy day, better get my sleep to make sure I can go against the Dragneel.

~Lucy POV~

My heart was beating out its chest, I thought I was hearing his voice. Butterflies erupted in my stomach as I got closer to the window to get a better look. He's here, Natsu's here.

I slowly open the curtain and peer through it. I couldn't see who Natsu was talking to but by his tone of voice it wasn't a friendly discussion.

I couldn't hear what they were saying properly but I watched as Natsu's facial features twisted into an angry mood.

Annoyed that I couldn't hear what they were saying I decided to slowly pull the window open to attempt yo hear what they were talking about.

The only words I managed to make out were "Magnolia Mall" and "in two days at 11pm". Who was be meeting and why ? Why at the mall when it's closed.

I was distracted from my thoughts when I saw the pink blob begin to walk away. As much as I want to hate him, I can't. Loke was a great guy but he wasn't Natsu. My heart wants Natsu only and so do I, because I love him.

I can't watch him leave without me again.

I quickly ran to the front door and and swung it open.

"Natsu !" I shouting running after the pink haired boy as he was about to cross the road. "Natsu wait,  please !" I shouted.

It was then that he turned round, and our eyes met eachothers.

"Lucy !" He shouted running up to me.

He stood there before me looking just as shocked as I was. Without thinking about it twice I wrapped my arms around him, holding on to him as if he were about to leave any minute now. I felt a pair of strong arms hug me back as I nuzzled my head into the crook of his head.

"I missed you so much..." I said as tears began to roll down my cheek. They weren't sad tears this time, they were happy tears.

"I missed you too Lucy...please never leave me again." He said tightening his grip around me as if he still couldn't believe that I was there I front him.

"I love you so much Natsu...."

"I love you too Lucy, I always have and always will."

Those are the words my heart has been longing to hear.

HEY EVERYONE ! I cried while writing this, literally. I missed NaLu so much !

Will they be able to talk through their problems or will they have more secrets having not learned from their mistakes ?

Will Sting get his revenge ?

I guess we'll find out soon. Lots of NaLu in the next chapter :) be ready ;)
