Chapter 3~ Apart of this World

Among the shadows a man and woman spoke together.
"Priest, don't you get it? Zane needs help, 'High Priest Of Okahsis' does name mean absolutely nothing to you?" The woman whispered angrily.
"I get that he needs help because he's trapped in the Irene dimension, but I'm afraid I can't help. I'm only a new priest, so I cannot help you!"
She grasped her sword angrily and sliced his chest. He fell to the ground hastily,
"You'll pay for this..." He winced painfully. She laughed
"No, I won't. Your lucky usually I do further up, straight up!" She walked off leaving the priest on the ground wincing painfully.

As we leaned we let our hearts slow down to stop our fit of giggles.
"Well, it's cold." Hikari said shivering,"that's a fact."
I laughed, "the joy of camping! By the way where Did you get two tents?"
She turned her head leaning up against the tree even further. Pressing her ear up to it as if she was trying to hear bugs in it.
"I stole them..." She hid her head guiltily.
"Stole them?!?" I shouted, I was surprised Hikari was so kind and funny. Yet she stole these tents!
She nodded slightly she turned her lips and clung them together.
"B-b-but why? How?" I stuttered out, I was surprised, very surprised.
"I didn't know what to do, I was cold and wet so I took the tents, the owner saw me creep in and take them but he didn't mind. I think he saw my agony and wet body, I was soaked and hungry, the rain got through my head and I went in and stole them. Nice colours though right?"
I nodded the colours were perfect. My favourite colour and hers. Then something came into my mind, I was cold and hungry right now, not wet but freezing.
"We really need a fire" I said changing the subject, "and food"
She nodded, "I'll get the sticks for the fire you get the food." I agreed so we set off.

I swung off every tree in sight waiting for prey to show up. The air was so clean and fresh and dry all at once. It was beautiful, cleansing, refreshing and a towel? I laughed quietly to myself that's when I saw it my food, a rabbit hopping about happily. I didn't want to end its life, I couldn't end its life. I watched it carefully luckily something else drew my attention away from the rabbit. A bush of wild raspberries and next to it some wheat that someone must have dropped. We would need meat though so I scavenged through the bushes and found a dead bird. Covered in blood that bird was, I found a leaf and spat on it rubbing on the bird to clean it. When it rose slowly and came back to life, I was shocked. It nodded at me then flew away. I picked the berries and took the wheat and started back for our camp.
The fire was crackling in the distance I could see the smoke rise further up as I took every step.
"Hello!" I called out into the camp.
"Hi!" Hikari called back she was cuddled by the fire with a blanket, "I found a blanket!" She said smiling the fire lighting up her face.
"Nice!" I called back running up to her and jumping under the blanket. I Gave her a few berries,"enjoy!"
She shoved the berries in her mouth, "I will"
Under the cover of darkness we sat and talked for a few hours.
She yawned, then I yawned.
"Bed?" We said at the same time, then started laughing. "Yep, bed"
I got up taking the blanket as she got rid of the fire. We said goodnight then made our way to bed. She curled down in her sleeping bag whilst I curled under my blanket and drifted off to sleep.

I was somewhere I never wanted to be again, In the Irene dimension. I moaned, I sat up on a branch of the tree looking down I saw Aphmau and Garroth. I jumped down,
"Aphmau! Hello! How's your quest going?" I shouted
"Auria? Why what a pleasant Surprise! Garroth this is Auria, she is the girl who... Er... Jumped on me last night."Aphmau replied.
"Hello, lady Aphmau tells me you told Laurence off! I am very impressed usually women are quite respectful to Laurence. I'm proud of you!" Garroth said cheerfully.
"Haha, thank you I don't appreciate being held at sword point." I replied in the same attitude as him.
"I suspect you aren't in prison anymore?" Aphmau asked accusingly, I looked down.
"No I am in the middle of the woods, I am running around with a girl name Hikari she was thrown into my cell too, we make quite the team! Actually we spoke for about two hours last night, it was fun. How are you going?"
Aphmau looked down and tears started falling down off of her rose red cheeks. "Terrible, I've been turned into a Meif*wa," she turned around to show us a cat tail and brushed back her hair to show us ears." Now I'm being forced to marry a werewolf, who loves Abby the golden heart! And if I refuse to marry him their going to kill Kaitlyn, and their already planning to kill Laurence on my wedding day!" She burst into tears, the bells rung. "Bye Garroth and Auria," Aphmau said wiping her tears as she faded away.
I realised I was fading too! "Bye Garroth! Bye Aphmau!" I said excited.

I was back in the Overworld, I loved it so much here! I stretched and sat up. I could here Hikari, she was freaking out.
"Auria! Auria! Ugh she must have bailed on me! Auria!"
I walked out of my tent, "I'm here, stop stressing!" I shouted at her.
"Oh thank Irene! You disappeared last night, I was so worried!" She hugged me tight.
"I was in the Irene dimension, with Aphmau! It was nice, but Aphmaus in a bit of a fix."
"What happened?"
"Long story, really long! Just know she may be forced into...marriage."
Hikari gasped, "we need to go save her! Pack up! We're going!"
So we started the clean up.
