Enjoy, Vote & Comment <3
And i'm thinking dedications might become a normal thing for even numbered chapters - so, you know what to do. Tell me what you like about this story, or just send a random message, or fan and you might be getting your very own chapter.
So this one is getting dedicated to JabberwockyxX, for her guesses towards the storyline, which i'm not revealing whether they are right or wrong and her comments and votes on most chapters. I love reading them and you give great feedback and good suggestions on improving. So, thankyou ♥
p.s. Song Of The Day - Spaceship by Tinchy Stryder & Dappy. I have a strange addiction to this song... :')
Matt ordered my ice cream for me, cookies ‘n’ cream. Rolling my eyes, I felt, all of a sudden, uncertain and dubious of what this was for. Even after a year he didn’t know my favorite ice cream flavor. I swallowed a massive spoon of the creamy coldness at that thought. I wish my brain would shut up sometimes.
The massive spoonful resulted in brain freeze, which resulted with Matthew almost rolling around on the ground with the force of his laughter.
Then he abruptly stopped laughing, he looked up at me from the grass with a serious expression on his face, his midnight black hair falling into his eyes, which held such sadness it scared me to Hell and back.
“Matt? What’s up?” I asked, quietly, reaching out a fingertip to his cheek.
He snapped out of it and looked up at me.
“N-Nothing.”
“I don’t buy it. What’s wrong?”
“Just forget it ok?” He sighed, a hand creeping up my wrist and up to my elbow, following the curve of my shoulder as it carried on upwards. His fingertips skimmed over my collarbone and up my neck, until they were on my chin at which point they trailed up my jaw line and underneath my hair. Then my face was pulled roughly down to his, my body caught out by the sudden movement which practically threw me on top of him. His lips curved up in a smirk as my breathing faltered, only to return faster, and they brushed over mine, soft yet still demanding. My right hand held my ice cream while my left was on his shoulder, letting him pull me down to the grass with him. His tongue dipped in my mouth and I ached to respond but a voice interrupted us.
“Dirty teenagers. There are children here.” An old woman growled, shaking a finger pointedly in our direction and calling us dirty to anyone that would listen.
Matt chuckled, “Come on, I got something to do. I should get you home.”
He left me at the door with another quick kiss. When I got into my house, the phone was flashing, the message light telling me someone had left me something on the tape. I played it as I walked into the kitchen for a glass of water.
“Heyyyy Charl. It’s me.” Kayla’s voice sang out, “Me and Alex were wondering, you wanna hang out tonight? Us and a couple of DVD’s, sugar, anything. Ask Matt if he wants to come and call me back, bitch. Love ya.”
Did I really want to ask Matt considering how strange he was being? Then again, did I really want it to be me, Alex and Kayla alone? The awkward love triangle I’d wanted so hard to avoid.
I decided on the latter option while on the phone to Michaela. She wanted to see me and just hang out like we used to and have a movie night. Her and Alex were here within two hours, and Kayla popped in 50 First Dates straight away.
