Jake's POV

I met his mother and his stepsister, Sophia, from another woman, she was a baby when her father took her to their house. And they cared for her as they cared for Chris.

"Your father misses you so much Chris, he doesnt know what to do when you run away from us. He stop drinking, all of his vices but Sophia came and put the attention to her but at night I saw him crying to his chair outside the door wishing you come back but he failed." His mom said to my baby.

He didnt answer. Chris' face have no emotions but in his eyes tears are building.

"He tried to contact you but he was afraid that you might not answer to him, and I was afraid to. I found your address because our neighbor went to the city and saw you in a bakery and I went to it and ask for your address and the guy Steve gave it to us but we told him to keep it as a secret. Your dad were watching you all the time Chris but he began to have an illness and he died." And his mom began to cry. Sophia approached her and hug her.

Chris can cry anytime right now but he is stopping it. He turned to Sophia.

"Hi lil' sis, Im Chris and I am your big brother and I thank you for being the source of happiness of mom and dad while Im gone." And he smiled to Sophia, who smiled back.

"Mom can we go to our room and rest? So we can be ready for tomorrow." He said again maybe avoiding this type of conversation.

We walked to his old room. Its not very dusty. Maybe her mother was cleaning it, expecting Chris to come back home anytime.

"I miss this room." He said to me.

"Well, where could I lay down, I cant see any other bed and you're bed is not that big." I asked him.

"I have an idea, why dont you go and sleep with my mom. Her room is bigger and better than my room." And he laughed.

"Haha, funny" Insert my sarcastic voice.

"Just kidding, I'm not that fat though."

I laughed and kissed him. "But to me, you are perfect Chris."

"Haha, thanks baby."

We unpacked our things and someone called on my cell, I looked at it and its from the Council. Damn, why this time.

I answered it quickly and turn away from Chris.

Chris' POV

There he goes again, turning away from me. He is such a baby when he's with him but his eyes when somebody calls him turn to serious.

I didnt think of it, I just focus on unpacking things and boom, someone hugged me from the back.

"Chris, there's something I need to tell you." He said no humor in his voice, now my heart beat twice, no I think thrice.

"Y-yes? What is it?" I asked him, stuttering.

"You remember that night with Blake." Oh right, he reminds me of Blake and the time that there's a secret unrevealed and no told me. Still Im figuring that out.

I just answered a nod.

"Well, dont be mad for not telling you this but maybe this isnt the right or I think this is the right time." He said to me.

I faced him. "Straight to the point Jake." I said seriously, denying that nervous voice come out from my mouth.

"Okay, okay. Well, Blake turned you to a werewolf. I know, there is no mark where he bit you. But I can smell that blood in you. But dont worry Im leaving early tomorrow. I will go to Germany in Dr. Frankenstein castle. Someone told me that he has a book there which have a formula for the antidote."

Well, thats very straightforward. But Im still in shock. I dont know what to say. I just looked at him and he is looking at me searching for an answer.

"O-okay." I just answered him. I am turning into a werewolf but I just answered him okay. What is wrong with me! But Jake will do anything to find that antidote.

"Dont worry Chris. Youll be alright. Before you become a full werewolf on the last day of full moon before it struck 12. You will be fine. Three days Chris. For 3 days I will find the ingredients and bring the antidote to you."

"Thanks Jake. But You shouldve told me that earlier." I said to him with sadness in my voice.

"I was just scared or maybe paranoid. I dont know."

I fell silent.

"No matter what you are Chris you will be fine forever." And he kissed me.

"Thank you Chris. I love you too."
