(Maia's perspective)
I woke up with a jump, looking up to see Caitlyn hovering over me. "Are you okay?" Caitlyn asked, her hand reaching to rub my shoulder. "Yea I'm fine" I muttered, seeing that I was still in bed. "What happened?" I asked, looking up at her. "I'm not sure, I woke up because you screamed a little in your dream" Caitlyn shrugged sitting down beside me. "What was it about?" She asked. "It was about Ryan" I answered, suddenly widening my eyes at the name. Was that really his name? Or just a familiar name? It felt right, but I'm not sure. "Who's Ryan?" Caitlyn asked, tilting her head. "I'm not sure.." I muttered, rubbing my arm nervously. Was that really his name? "What was the dream about?" Caitlyn asked again. "Some guy, Bella and Amy who are my friends and Ryan, but I don't know if that was Ryan, the name rings a bell" I muttered, looking to the spot where he was standing. "I think you're going insane" Caitlyn giggled. I rolled my eyes, giving her a shove gently. "Go back to sleep, and don't scream, I like sleeping for the whole night" Caitlyn smiled, pushing me back as she went back to her own bed.
I stared at the ceiling for a while, nodding slightly at my thoughts. The name sounded familiar, the name suited him, but I just wasn't sure. I mean I've never seen him in my life, yet I feel like he knows me well enough to love me. It was so complicated, but yet I'm exhausted. I closed my eyes as I drifted into darkness once again.

I woke up with a gasp, looking straight up at Caitlyn. She wore a small smile, raising a teasing brow "Everything okay?" I nodded my head. But I knew that was secretly a lie, everything seemed alive again. I didn't even feel dead inside anymore, last night it was like I woke up and gained something precious. Like treasure. "What's today?" I asked, rubbing the side of my face. "Saturday" Caitlyn responded. I shot my head up straight, smiling as I fell back down on my pillow "Thank the Lord." Caitlyn giggled at me "You don't have class today?" She asked. I threw the blankets off my bed, looking around for my papers, finally jumping onto the floor and looking under my bed, discovering them and pulling it out. I looked at my schedule, running my finger through it. Finally my heart skipped a beat, shaking my head "No, you?" I asked. "Yes, one though" Caitlyn sighed, throwing her hair back into a high-pony tail. "Have fun" I wiggled my eyebrows, shoving her gently.
"Oh yea, you know that feeling when there's one idiot in your class that just won't shut up and you really want to pull them in real close and whisper 'Shut the fuck up'" Caitlyn smiled, opening the door. I laughed out loud, pushing her out and gave her a teasing grin "Yea I'm feeling that right now." Caitlyn shoved me gently, "Oh shut up, you love me. See ya." I smiled, watching her leave before brushing my hair back, about to close my door once someone stuck their foot in the way. I looked up to see a guy grinning down at me. He had light brown hair, and one perfect face. "Hey." He said. I felt my cheeks flushing in embarrassment, but half of it was because I was still in my pj's and I didn't even have my hair brushed. He chuckled, opening the door wider. I hesitantly let him, it wasn't like I was ever going to speak to this guy again. "Hey" I muttered, nervously standing and holding my arm. He chuckled, leaning against the doorway. "I'm Connor, I'm guessing your Maia? The new girl?" Connor asked. "Um yea, how did you know that I'm new here?" I asked, raising my brow. "Everyone knows. Those guys you and your friend were hanging out with yesterday or something, they told me and my friends. And I couldn't resist to come and greet you, which I'm glad I did. Because you're beautiful" He grinned.
I felt my eyes widen, my cheeks flushing brighter. "What?" I stuttered out. Connor chuckled, running his fingers through his hair. "I don't mean to scare you, just giving you a compliment. But I was wondering if you could give me a chance and get to know you?" Connor asked slowly, raising a brow at me. I knew I shouldn't, but I wanted to. He was cute, and there was no problem with getting to know him. I smiled slightly, nodding my head. "Sure, when?" I asked. "Tonight, I'll see you at seven?" Connor asked again, backing up with a bright grin. "Works for me" I smiled, closing the door once Connor was out of the way, listening through the door. "Of course I gave her a chance to say no!" I heard Connor complain, probably to one of his friends. I giggled slightly, walking over to Caitlyn's dresser and pulling out some clothes. "Good shes not a slut" I muttered to myself, grabbing a shirt and some skinny jeans and throwing them onto the bed. I got dressed quickly, using her brush to brush my hair, and taking a couple of mints from the surface of her dresser. I noticed the note she had left on the dresser, and under it was about a hundred dollars. It wrote "Here's some money, might not be much, but it will get you around. -Love, Caitlyn. P.s. Get some clothes!" I grinned down at the piece of paper, grabbing the money and walking towards the door, I opened it quietly and walked out happily, locking the door behind me.
