(Ryan's perspective)

I sat on my bed quietly, looking at the door carefully. Ever since I got back, there had been voices and banging on my door. Everyone, trying to persuade me to come out. I told them all to get lost, finally it had been silent for a few hours. I couldn't believe that Maia couldn't remember me, it was Icas's fault. Well, I shouldn't have said yes to that stupid spell. He knew the side affects, but he just didn't care. You know, not a big deal if you lose the love of your life due to some coma and when she wakes up she can't remember you. The worse thing was, she looked me in the eye. She looked me in the eye and told me she couldn't remember me. Everything that we did together, and she couldn't remember a single thing. I had experienced mixed feelings; sadness, anger, basically everything that you could feel.

I hadn't bothered to turn on the lights, darkness is what I needed. I flinched slightly from the sudden knock on the door. I had been so lost in my thoughts, I hadn't even felt the time pass. "Ryan!" Mason called through the door. "Go away Mason." I muttered. "No, this is urgent!" He snapped. I hesitated, was is really urgent? Or is he lying? "How urgent?" I asked. "Come here and see for yourself." He hissed. I grunted, heaving myself up and to the door. I opened it a crack, staring at Mason who was worriedly looking up at me. Now I got the sense of feeling that it probably was urgent. "Look." He muttered. Mason pushed the door open farther, and shoved his phone into my chest. I grabbed it slowly, looking up and down the screen. It was a text message, from Brittney. I looked at Mason who was glaring impatiently at me. "Read it already." He snapped. I sighed, swiping against the screen as the text came up.

You'll regret replacing me. Come now or they die within ten minutes. 1546 Avenue Street.

Brittney.

I had a good idea about who "they" was, and I was pretty sure Mason wasn't worried, he looked furious. "Alright, what do we do?" I asked. "What do you want to do." Mason asked. I looked at him for a short while, memories don't get lost forever. Eventually it will come back, I just don't know when. But when it does, I want her to be alive. Not dead in the hands of Brittney. "Does everyone know?" I asked, shutting the door as I rushed down the hallway. "Yes, we knew it would drag you out of your room." Mason glared at me, before running down the hallway.

I leaned against the brick wall, I had been waiting here for about five minutes with Jackson, Mason and Madison. Madison peered around the corner once in a while, reporting on what was happening. Frankly, I rather be stuck in my room. I wondered what else Maia had to say to me. "When are we going to enter?" Jackson asked. "When I think its time." I muttered. Madison peered around the corner once more, looking back at us with wide eyes. "What?" Mason asked. "Bella tried a punch, and basically got her butt kicked." Madison whispered. "Ryan I swear, lets go now." Mason snapped in my face. "Move Madison, let me see." I ordered. I looked around the corner, and instantly my eyes landed on Maia. She was being held against the wall, Jake's hands collapsed around her throat. Obviously I felt anger push through my blood, but half of my didn't care.

I shook my head, then look over to Bella who was on the ground, as Brittney glared down at her. I could see the anger lighting up in Brittney's eyes, as Brittney slapped Bella across the face. "Ryan!" Mason hissed. "We can't do it." I said, turning back. "What? Why?" Jackson echoed. "We'll lose." I shrugged. I honestly didn't want to face them again, they already terrorized me enough. "Lose? There's more of us than them. We'll kick their butts." Madison glared. "How can you be so sure?" I asked her. "What's wrong with being confident." She grinned wickedly. I sighed, as I followed her out behind the building. I felt Mason pick us his pace slightly, from the sight of Brittney snarling down in Bella's unusually pale face. Amy was glaring dangerously at the Counsellor, who was towering over her. I looked at Jackson, noticing him furrowing his eyebrows slightly.
