I smiled as I walked into the mall, also holding a box. "Hey Ali!" Carly said as Lainey and Jordan waved to me when I entered.

"Morning!" I cheerfully said back, and continued walking.

I passed the Christmas tree next. "Ali, hey!" Ryan smiled as he was standing next to the tree with Zach. I waved and continued walking.

I hit all the fake snow and a long line of people. The Santa station. "Ali! How's life?!" Elf Brayden yelled. Mitch added a quick "hey" and Liam waved.

"Life's good, mister elves and Santa!" I waved at them with the one hand I had free.

"The Alster!" Tybzi pointed at me as he started walking beside me.

"New nickname, tybz?" I winked with a little laugh.

"It's working for yah!" He said. "My stop," he pointed to a bakery. I think he noticed my confused face. "This girl asked me and Bee to help decorate cookies." I quickly peered in and saw Bee give me a quick wave along with a smile from the girl behind the counter.

"See you around." Tybzi said.

"Bye!" I continued walking, not slowing down the pace.

"So is your full name like Alison or... I mean good morning!" Mitchell said as he walked up to me.

I laughed. "I've been going by Ali ever since I could speak, I'm only Alison when I'm in trouble."

"Oh, makes sense- hey!" Mitchell quickly got distracted and went off in another direction.

"Did you get the stuff?!" Dul ran up to me.

I shook the box. "All for you." I said and handed it to her.

She squealed. "I have to find Stacy so we can get to work with this. Later!" Dul said and ran off. I smiled and chuckled a little as I did.

Of course, where I was headed was on the other side of the mall. But at least it gave me a chance to see how everything was coming along.

"How's miss Ali today?" Julio walked up beside me.

I shrugged. "I'm good. Have you gotten the chance to talk to Lainey?" I asked him. I noticed our pace slow down.

He let a smile creep into his face. "We're going out to lunch today to talk." Julio said. "I'm also going to apologize." He nodded once.

"Have fun!" I smiled.

"Thanks-"

"Ali! Julio! Morning!" Kevin and Mark walked up to us. "Julio, Will and I need your help." Kevin said.

"I'm following. See yah around Ali!" And they both walked off.

"You headed to the stage?" Mark asked.

In return I nodded. "Decided to take the long way. I swear, I have run into our entire group on the way." I laughed a bit.

"Perfect, Parker wants your help deciding on how to do a specific part of the stage." Mark said.

"I'll be there as soon as I can. You going too?" I asked.

"Nah, apparently a few others met up there and I've got business elsewhere to attend to. Just got an order in for more stuff to use on Christmas. I'm also helping out Lainey and John with inviting the homeless in." He smiled.
