"Danielle, we have to leave." Beau spoke just as Brooke got to sleep.

"I want to stay here with her." I whispered making him sigh.

"C'mon, you know you can't stay. Let's just go home and we'll be able to see her in the morning." He told me as he placed his hand on my arm.

"No, Beau I don't want to leave my baby!" I was now crying, sure I've been without Brooke when he stayed of Tanger or Sid's but this is the first time that I've had to leave her when I know she's really ill. Beau pulled me into a hug and I cried into his shoulder. "Just, let me make sure she has everything with her." I mumbled before getting out of the hug and putting Brooke's teddy next to her. I kissed her forehead and started to walk out of the room. Beau shut the door behind us and I sat on the chair.

"Baby we really need to get home." Beau sighed.

"Do you not care that your daughter is in that hospital bed?" I almost shouted at him.

"Of course I do! But I also care that we've left our newborn with two people who aren't experienced with kids! Look, we will go home, sort out Jace, go to bed and then go and see Brooke in the morning. We really need to leave Dan." Beau calmly replied. I sighed, knowing that he was right, before walking with him to the car. Leaving the hospital was the hardest thing I've ever done. The majority of the car ride home was silent, only a small amount of sound was heard from the radio. I just looked out of the window, trying to think of positives in this situation. But, there wasn't any. My 3 year old daughter was going to have an operation, she was in the hospital on her own and we had a limited time from when we were allowed to see her. We arrived at the house and when we walked in, Rob ran up to us.

"How is she?!" He asked as Isabelle stayed on the couch with Jace.

"Gotta have an operation soon." Beau told him making him sigh.

"I'm so sorry, but, I told kinda told coach that my goddaughter was really ill and that you guys would need help with Jace and he was fine with me staying up here." I hugged him and he kissed my cheek.

"Thank you so much Rob." I whispered. He chuckled before we decided to make our way to bed, Rob and Issy already knew where their room was. When a moment like this happens, you really rely on your family. Robert and Isabelle were just like my family, I loved them to pieces.
