You know when I say I barely slept last night?
It's because I was worrying,
not about grades,
or school,
or what I'm going to wear tomorrow,
but something far more important.
You.
Now people may beg to differ,
and tell me you shouldn't mean this much to me,
but I can't help it.
My heart chose you,
not me.
And the heart wants,
what it wants.

Concrete Marshmallows | Watty's 2016
PoetryA collection of poems mainly about love and loss. Some personal experiences, others are from different people's perspectives. It's fairly self explanatory. Every poem speaks for themselves and tells it's own story. Enjoy!
