I'm so glad you're mine.
Though it all may end in sadness and tears,
I'll hold on forever.
If you leave me,
I'll fall back into the water,
drowning,
struggling to keep my head above water once more.
You're the only thing that keeps me floating,
my reason to carry on.
I will be okay,
until the day I leave your arms,
and you move on.
But for now,
I'm holding onto what's mine,
and I'm holding on like hell.

PoesiaA collection of poems mainly about love and loss. Some personal experiences, others are from different people's perspectives. It's fairly self explanatory. Every poem speaks for themselves and tells it's own story. Enjoy!
