You left me,
broke me,
and I can't be fixed.
You ripped me down,
tore me apart,
and now I find that I can't breathe without you.
Just when I think you're the same,
I see you laugh,
and look at her like I once looked at you.
That sparkle in your eyes,
so happy it kills me inside.
I take a deep breath and remind myself to be strong,
and just move on.
Forget about the past.
