We're not broken,
nor bent.
Though we were once.
Now, however?
We're mended.
You're like my drug,
I'm addicted to you.
The way you talk in your sleep,
the way you laugh,
the way you smile.
I'd die for you.
Because you're my everything.
I don't know what I'd do without you.
Your presence can clear up the darkest of clouds.
Your joy makes my demons run and hide,
for you are the water and they're the fire.
I couldn't stand losing you.
You mean the world to me.
Your joy is my joy.
Your sadness is my sadness.
For now,
we are one.
And you,
are my everything.
A/n; Fun fact. I was gonna name this "everything" but then I went through my poems and realized I already had one titled "my everything." So naturally I went back and read it. Turns out its pretty much the same as what I said here, but using different wording. So naturally I thought well. I've felt like this throughout the entire 8 months so. Clearly this was the title it deserved. Sorry about the paragraph but I thought I'd share that with y'all. :)
