Awkward glances.
Simple smiles.
Eyes blink back tears.
I hear my demons yelling louder.
Things aren't what they seem.
A kitchen sink to me,
is not the same as a kitchen sink to you.
I haven't slept in what seems like ages.
Sometimes quiet is violent.
You never know what someone's hiding.
You tell me to tell you anything and everything,
but I refuse.
We've made it this far,
no telling if we'll make it to the end.
But I know,
you'll leave as soon as I release this lion inside me.
