Chapter....... like uh 30 ish? - The fight

(We go back to the day of the roof)

While Daliah had been at home all day the group had different plans they had all gone down to explore the cliffs. Elliot, Jackson, Mallory, Ivan, and Sam had all walked down to the cliffs and had been exploring for a while.
"Hello Jackson" Elliot said walking up to him at the edge of one of the cliffs
"Hey Ell" Jackson said staring off into the sea
"So your my mentor huh?" Elliot said trying to sound American
"Yeah" Jackson said still looking away
"Would you look at me, it's so rude not too" Elliot said lightly pulling his shoulder towards him.
"Why are you so obsessed with me?" Jackson said
"I'm not obsessing over you" Elliot said getting defensive. Ivan overheard this and walked over.
"Why are you getting defensive Ell?" Ivan said teasing as she would if Elliot was a girl. Jackson joined in.
"Yeah Elliot" Jackson teased "You like me?"
"I do not" Elliot said trying to calm down.
"Imma head back to the house" Mallory screamed to the group
"Suuuurrrrree You dont" Ivan said still teasing
"Yes I am" Elliot said calming down a little more
"Ok I believe you" Ivan said backing off. Jackson muttered to Ivan "I don't think you do"
"I dont " she said
"Ok I'm pretty sure he does though" Jackson snickered "such an idiot hasn't been here a day and is already falling for the teacher" Elliot over heard this and got angry.
" why don't you believe me assholes" Elliot said walking towards Jackson and Ivan
"I'm gonna spell it out for you. I DONT LIKE YOU"
"Then why are you getting defensive?" Ivan asked
"I just....... Ugh" Elliot said storming off "Bye boyfriend " Jackson said bursting in to laughter along with Ivan. Elliot heard this and got extremely mad. He turned and shot a ball of fire straight at Jackson and Ivan. Ivan saw it, jumped off the cliff turning into a large bird, and flew down the cliff. Meanwhile Jackson saw it immediately dispersed it. Elliot, angered, shot a continuous fire beam. He had started a war. Jackson retaliated. Ivan quickly brought Sam to a higher ground to be safe. Mallory, who had just gotten up the cliff, joined Sam And Ivan. The three watched with intent until they saw dark shapes come to life. Jackson had used New powers he's had that he hasn't shown before. They all stared in terror as the two fought, Elliot severely losing. By now Jackson had become angry and bored. Elliot was still fighting even though he was in tremendous pain. The cliff was black with shadows and ash. Jackosn finally knocked Elliot to the ground, and blacking out. Jackson flew off enraged.
