Alexandra, a 23-year-old model and wannabe actress, stared herself in the mirror as music played on her iPhone. She'd planned for a night out with herself at the club. Something she hasn't had in a while. Single life in California seemed ideal for someone who doesn't live a somewhat high profile life. She was dressed in a black bodycon dress, black Louboutin heels and black cross earrings. She wasn't feeling gothic but her outfit choice screamed Gothic Chic. Her hair were in big, loose curls and she had light makeup since she was coined as "the girl that needs little makeup". When Alexandra made it to Premiere Nightclub, there was obviously some huge celebrity event going on because the club was packed and going crazy more than usual. Alexandra was a celebrity but she didn't have a status as high as Drake's or anyone else. She considered herself as just someone that took pictures, went to events and made money for it. If she saw herself on the Internet, on tv or in a magazine, it was just a plus. Alexandra went to the bar and had a couple of martini's and watched the crowd go wild over Started From The Bottom. As she sipped her drink, she heard a familiar voice ordering beside her. She looked to her left to a smile.
When he saw her initially, he thought of what a catch she was, being as he knew who she was. The quiet model that everyone would love to have but no one knows anything about. She seemed like something perfect to add to a pornstar minaj. But when she turned her head and flashed her brown eyes at Aubrey, something changed. Something clicked. It was all completely different from there.
Him: Aubrey.
Alexandra sipped her drink again.
Alexandra: No.
Him (With a smile): Excuse me?
Alexandra turned back to Aubrey with a cynical look.
Alexandra: I look like the perfect catch. And like I've told Trey Songz, Usher and surprisingly, Justin Bieber, no.
Alexandra sat her drink down and began to get up. Aubrey stopped her.
Aubrey: Look, I'm just about sick of this nightclub, it's my 4th one tonight. Can you play pool?
Alexandra was buzzed.
Alexandra: I can be taught.
Aubrey took Alexandra back to his mansion in his Bentley Continental. Opposite to what Alexandra thought, this was the first time Aubrey randomly decided to ditch the club scene and take a girl home. This was also the first time he'd try to teach a girl how to play pool. And he'd never taken a girl back to his mansion and it was just one girl. Just him. He'd also done his research. Even though there was virtually nothing to know about Alexandra Mitchell, Aubrey had some friends of hers that were friends of his and he was able to keep certain ties. From a (non stalker) distance, Aubrey knew what he was about to encounter. When they got to his mansion, Aubrey gave Alexandra a quick tour of his place as they were walking to the game room.
Aubrey: I don't get to spend a lot of time in here but when I do, I go straight to pool.
When they got to the game room, Alexandra sat her bag down on an empty game table. The game was fifteen ball pool. A one on one player game. Alexandra grabbed a cue.
Alexandra: This isn't the norm for me but I'll let you teach me how to play. I've always wanted to be a pool shark.
Alexandra stood at one end of the table and Aubrey stood behind her. And grabbed her waist then arms. Alexandra blushed as Aubrey leaned closer and held her tighter.
Aubrey: Now you have to pocket a ball on every shoot. If you make it or not, turns change.
Aubrey and Alexandra made a shot. Alexandra cheered and hugged Aubrey and they shared a look. Alexandra was on her 4th martini when she left with Aubrey so alcohol and pure lust fueled their kiss. But something else fueled the next one.
Alexandra: Maybe I should go.
Alexandra motioned to leave but Aubrey held her arms.
Aubrey: Don't.
He picked her up and put her on the pool table. They kept kissing until both of their clothes ended up on the floor and both of them were on the pool table. Alexandra laid on Aubrey's chest.
Alexandra: That was unexpected.
She hopped off the table and slipped her dress back on. She didn't think she'd have a one night stand with Drake. Something spontaneous and fun for her to think about. When he dropped her off at her house, Aubrey kept her in the car longer.
Aubrey (taking her iPhone and programming his number in it): Me or someone else will pick you up tomorrow night. Dinner?
Alexandra (taking her phone and locking it): Do you do this with all the girls you meet at bars?
Aubrey: Nightclubs. And no. Maybe I just wanna get to know you better.
Alexandra smiled and Aubrey leaned in and kissed her. Both of them had the feeling that this could be something.
