Alexandra had some time to consider whether or not she wanted to go on tour with Aubrey. It should've have been that much of a problem but she had some reservations about it. She didn't want to have to face groupies on the road and be the token girlfriend. She didn't want to cramp anyone's style but its better her being there and knowing what's going on than her not being there and going crazy. Alexandra did have her own responsibilities with her store too. How would she look if she up and left to go follow her boyfriend on tour?
Nicole: Like a good girlfriend! Alex, you're not following "Drake" on tour. You're going on tour with Aubrey. He invited you to go for half so take the deal.
Alexandra rolled her eyes as she set up the mannequins in her up and coming store.
Alexandra: I'm not saying I won't go or I don't wanna go but my career is solely based on my reputation and what people think of me. I can't be sexy and seductive one minute and being the mommy of a tour the next.
Nicole (Pulling a mannequin out of a huge box): What the fuck does that have to do with anything? Just go! Fuck what people think. Fuck how they feel about you. How can you marry someone that you're afraid to be seen with?
At that moment, Aubrey strolled in casually dressed in a plain button up shirt, black jeans and Timbs and shades. Nicole panicked and rushed to the back room before Aubrey could notice she'd seen him when he stepped out of his car. Aubrey walked right over to Alexandra who was standing at the front counter smiling. He hugged her and picked her up.
Aubrey: How's my working girl?
Alexandra (Taking off Aubrey's shades and putting them on): She's slowly but surely putting everything together.
Aubrey smiled and looked around.
Aubrey: Is everything gonna be up and running when we leave?
Alexandra stalled by peeking around. She wasn't exactly sure what was gonna happen and if she left.
Aubrey: Is there gonna be someone to watch the progress of the store?
Alexandra's mind went blank as she tried to think of an answer when her business partner, Marina walked in. Just like Alexandra she was a model that too wanted to get into the business side of things. She stood in black wedges and a purple and black high low dress. She looked like she stepped right off the runway. Alexandra moved away from Aubrey and greeted her.
Alexandra: Oh my god. You came at the perfect time! Marina! Umm...I want you to meet my boyfriend, Aubrey. Aubrey this is Marina.
Marina: Oh, I just wanted to check on the progress of the store. (Looking at Aubrey and shaking his hand) It's nice to meet you Aubrey.
Aubrey: Hi. Nice to meet you.
Aubrey was slightly irritated by Alexandra's indecisiveness. She had quick thoughts and no hesitation to just about everything else but them and Nicole's question was ringing in his ear.
[Flashback]
Aubrey: Alex, are you even mature enough for a marriage? I'm almost 30 this little kid bullshit is getting old.
Alexandra (Sitting down her glass of wine with a scold): What the fuck kind of question is that?! Why would you say that?
Aubrey: Because you're hot and cold. One minute I can see myself with you the next minute I don't know if we'll make the week.
Alexandra: Why don't you stop questioning me and stop overanalyzing our relationship. It would make things so much better if you stopped putting so much pressure on us. Really.
