Alexandra was wearing a black leather catsuit and dark makeup. She made her way through a lively strip club and whispered in the ears of one of the bouncers. He made his way over to Aubrey would was talking in someone's ear with a bottle of champagne.
Bouncer: Uhh, one of the girls would like to see you in a private room.
Aubrey made a look and stopped talking.
[Flashback]
Aubrey: So where does that leave us?
Alexandra: I want us...
Aubrey: You want us to what?
Alexandra: Work. No more insecurities. No more bullshit. I'm done letting my past relationships and habits dictate how far we go and how much we get set back.
[Now]
Aubrey didn't know what to do. He wasn't about to betray Alexandra but a naive side of him was curious what was waiting in that room. So he followed the bouncer to a dark room. It was completely pitch black when someone closed the door behind him, turned on the lights and quickly covered his eyes. The hands were small and soft. And it felt like he'd knew those hands before. She took her hands away from his eyes and ran them down his upper body. She wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled.
Alexandra: Surprise.
Aubrey stepped away and she revealed herself. He'd never seen Alexandra like that, not for a photoshoot, not for sex, not for anything. She looked like catwoman, with spirally light brown and black highlighted hair. She stood in a pose.
Aubrey: How'd you set that up.
Alexandra (walking over to Aubrey): When you look like this in a strip club, you get anything that you want.
She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him. He held her hips and smiled.
Aubrey: I've never seen you like this.
Alexandra (smiling devilishly): Because I'm not the same girl that ran from you a few weeks ago.
Aubrey looked at her in total mesmerization. It was obvious that there was a huge personality change in Alexandra. It was seen much earlier.
[Flashback]
Aubrey and the guys were playing pool in the game room and were hanging out. Alexandra was blending in and talking to some of the guys too. She was starting to feel comfortable around them. Like she was apart of the family. A package came for Aubrey and at first he was reluctant about open the package. Then he finally did. He pulled out his Grammy for his album and everyone cheered.
Aubrey (Holding it in amazement): Wow.
Alexandra hugged Aubrey congratulating him. Someone in the room asked what they should do with the Grammy and the group looked around in thought.
Alexandra (With a gasp): We should take shots out of them!
Everyone looked at her especially Aubrey with a smile. He loved the idea and poured his drink into his Grammy and convinced everyone else to do so.
[Now]
Alexandra was always spontaneous but this one, this version of her had a sharper edge. Neither one of them clearly indicated that their engagement was back on or off but everyone was enjoying the new and improved Alexandra. Her hair was back to it's light brown originality with red highlights that complimented her eyes. Aubrey's beard and hair was trimmed down and he of course had his part. They looked like a brand new couple.
