Today was the most nervous I have ever felt, it was the trial that would change my life. Mike was holding my hand tightly and I looked over at Ash he was shaking a bit, but I knew that Luke had it under control. "You going to be fine Cal. You got this" Mike kissed my cheek before sitting next to his dad. I looked at Ash and Ash grabbed my hand and he gave me a small smile. Ash was going to testify first and then it'll be me. "Cal" Ash faced me. "It's okay to be scared" Ash grabbed my shoulders and Ash and I took our seats. I looked over at Mike and Luke, both of them gave us a smile along with a thumbs up.  I faced forward and out came the judge, I saw Andrew Bridges walked into the room with handcuffs around his ankles and his wrists. I couldn't stare at him without wanting to throw up. I felt Ash grabbed my hand for comfort and I just gave him a small smile to show how I appreciated his sense of comfort. "Thank you," I told Ash. "Hey, that's what friends are for" Ash nudged me and give me a huge smile on that was placed on his face. It was amazing how much strength that Ash had despite everything he went through. There were TV cameras all over the news. I looked back and I saw Perrie she was waving at us and I waved back at her with a small smile. I couldn't bring myself to smile hugely. We were in a courthouse about to testify what Andrew Bridges did to us. He deserved to rot in hell for all I care. I was going first, and I got out of my seat. I felt my hands shake and I tried everything in my power not to stare at Andrew Bridges instead I focused my attention on the prosecutor. "Please state your name for the court" Prosecutor commanded me and I nodded. "Calum Hood" I spoke in the microphone so people could hear me. "How old are you Calum," The Prosecutor asked me. "I'm 17" I answered her.  The prosecutor just smiled at me and nodded at me. "What school do you attend," She asked me another question. "I attend Arthur High School," I told her while messing with my hands. "Do you recognize that man in that seat diagonally from you," She motioned to Andrew Bridges and then turned back to me. "Yes, I do" I spoke while lowering my voice a little bit. "How do you know Andrew Bridges" She continued to question me.  "He was my band teacher" I spoke out while looking down rather facing her. "Can you explain to me what he did to you to all of us" She got closer to me. I nodded before gulping. "He got me alone and he took advantage of me" I spoke out while I felt tears clouding up my vision a little bit. "Calum look up at me," She told me with a soft voice and I looked up at her and that's when I felt the wetness from my tears landing onto my cheeks. "It's Cal," I told her and her eyes were filled with curiosity. "Why is it Cal now," She asked me while looking directly in my eyes. "Because Bridges used to call me Calum when he raped me" I stated to her and her eyes were filled with tears. I looked at the jury, my tears still coming down onto my cheeks. The jurors mostly had tears filling their eyes even the guys "I have no more questions," She told the judge before sitting down in front of me. I could tell her heart was breaking, I could see it in her eyes. Andrew's lawyer came up to me and I just felt sick to my stomach.  I could tell everything I knew was about to take a turn for the worse. "You said that he left you alone but did he actually touch you inappropriately," Bridges lawyer spoke to me and I just lifted my head up at him. "Yes, he did" I crossed my arms. "You recently new to town is this correct" He stared at me. "Yeah, I just moved here at the beginning of the year" I shrugged my shoulders acting like it wasn't a big deal because it really wasn't a big deal at all. "Is it true you moved here because of your dad's death along with your sister death" He tilted his head to the side. "Yes, that's true. It was my mom idea to move and plus I didn't care because I didn't have anything to lose. It wasn't like I had any friends that I was losing" I looked at him and I bet my eyes were puffy as what and not to mention red as well. "Your father was killed because of a drug deal went wrong because of you isn't that true" The lawyer stated to me and I felt sick to my stomach again. I looked over at Andrew Bridges, he had a smirk on his face and then I looked over to Mikey. I looked back at the lawyer. "Answer the question Mr. Hood" The judge commanded me. "Objection" I heard the prosecution  state. "Basis," The judge asked her. "Relevant" She crossed her arms. "I'm laying a foundation," The lawyer said to the Judge. "Overruled" The Judge announced to everybody.  "Yes," I looked away from Mikey. I saw Mikey's face going pale. "Wasn't it your need to do drugs and selling drugs that got majority of your family dead" The lawyer was being brutal. I looked over at the prosecution. "I suppose so but my record is ensponged," I spoke out and I saw Mikey's smile was now gone but now a frown was placed on his face. I looked down at my feet with a frown on my face. "No more questions your honor" The lawyer sat down right next to Andrew Bridges. The judge asked if re-direct for the prosecution and she said yes. "Cal, did you or did not get your records ensponged,"She asked me. "Yes, I did," I told her and she nodded her head. "I rest my case" She sat back down in her seat. I looked at the Judge and the judge nodded letting me step down. "I say let's take a recess," The judge spoke to us right before leaving the courtroom. I walked up to Mike and Mike just shook his head. "How could you not tell me? So what that Aiden guy was telling the truth" Mikey spat out to me. "I was an idiot kid Mikey. I did not mean to get so deep into the circle of drugs" I tried to inform him but Mikey just shook his head. "Don't call me Mikey ever," Mike walked away from me. "Mike stop," I saw Luke stopped him. "You going to throw what you have with Cal because of one small detail" Luke tried to reason with Mike but it wasn't working. "Luke it's a big deal that Cal kept this as a secret" Ash interjected and I looked at my black boots. "Guys, I'm still here," I told them but I could clearly see who's on my side and who's not on my side.
