Visiting Cal was basically the saddest thing I had to do but at least my parents are on good terms and not on terrible terms. I can actually call  Karen my mom now. Our relationship has gotten better which I was really glad. I guess this is the good thing about prom. People always say you won't ever forget your prom and it is such a major step according to the movies or television show. They wasn't lying about never forgetting prom. I couldn't get the image out of my head of Cal basically bleeding to death. My dad was out to work and I was about to make some breakfast when the doorbell opened it and there stood Cal's ex-girlfriend and with her was little Holden. "Hey Mike" She greeted me while urged her to come inside. "Hey, how are you" I asked her and She just shook her head. "Holden keeps asking to see his father" She exclaimed to me while leaning against the kitchen counter and we watched little Holden watching cartoons on the TV. "I don't know what to do Mike. He wants to see his uncle" She shook her head and then she turned towards me and she grabbed my hands. "I'm sorry for what Aiden did to you" She looked down at our hands. "It's not your fault, it's Aiden's fault" I gave her a gentle smile. "When is Aiden's court hearing" I asked her and she just shook her head. "Next week" She responded while waving at Holden who was smiling hugely at her. "You know Holden really adores you" She nudged me and I just smiled at her. "He's like a mini Cal" I stated to her and she just nodded her head. "I really adore him too" I confessed to her and I shook my head. "You better not tell anyone or else my reputation will be ruined" I nudged and she shook her head once more at me but she held a smile on her face. "What do you think I should do" She asked me while her staring was on Holden. "About what" I leaned on my kitchen counter as well. "Holden is begging me to see his father and Aiden" She sighed and I sighed with her. "Aiden is his uncle but she did shoot my boyfriend maybe I shouldn't be the one to ask" I answered her honestly and she smiled at me. "You know you're the only one who told me the truth" She replied to me and I shrugged my shoulders a little bit. "Honesty is the best policy but I do think Holden should see his father maybe if Cal hears his son's voice maybe he'll wake up from this coma" I told her and she just let out a sigh. "Okay, I'll take him to see Cal today" She walked away from the kitchen counter and I followed her shortly. "Say bye to Mike" She picked up Holden from the carpeted floor that was in my living room. "Bye Mikey" Holden put his arms out to hug me and I hugged him. Now there are only two people in the world who can call me Mikey, Cal and Holden. "I thought you hated when people call you Mikey" She pointed out to me and I shrugged my shoulders. "I don't care when it comes to Cal and little Holden" I started ticking Holden and he was giggling. "Come on lets go see Daddy" Cal's ex girlfriend told Holden and Holden had one of the hugest smile on his face. They both walked out of my house and I closed the front door before walking back into my kitchen. I grabbed a muffin and bit into it and my phone rang. "Hello Ash" I greeted him. "How did you know it was me" Ash asked me and I could see Ash putting a pout onto his face. "One, caller ID and second it wouldn't be Luke considering that he doesn't have a cell phone while he's in rehab and it wouldn't be Cal since he kind of in a coma and not able to respond to anyone" I stated to him before taking a sip out of my orange juice. "Haha, I forgot how funny and how much of a smartass you are" Ash stated to me and I rolled my eyes. "So, what you doing today" Ash asked me and I just sighed. "I have work in 2 hours" I told Ash and Ash just sighed. "I guess I should start showing back up to work huh" Ash asked me and I just sighed. "Yeah, you don't want to get me fired and plus if you get fired then it kind of affects me as well" I honestly told him before grabbing my car keys. "So, where you off to" Ash asked me and I rolled my eyes. "I can hear you starting up your car Mike" Ash pointed out to me. Of course, Ash would hear me starting up my car. "Promise me that you are not going to get mad at me" I put on my snapback and Ash just sighed. "I promise" Ash finally commented after a few moments of silence passed between both of us. "I'm going to see Aiden" I told him ripping off the bandage quickly but it didn't stop Ash from being in shock. "WHAT" Ash exclaimed to me and I sighed. "I need to know why he shot Cal" I confessed to Ash and I could just see Ash shaking his head in disappointment or in shock. "Because he's a terrible person that's why he shot your boyfriend" Ash was basically shouting at me and I hung up the phone because I wasn't going to sit in my car arguing with Ash Irwin. Ash was one of the most stubborn person I have ever met in my entire life. I drove to the prison and parked my car. I sighed before waiting for the guard to bring out Aiden and he finally did. Aiden got one of his biggest smile on. "Mike" Aiden stated while sitting down right in front of me and I just stared at him. "Cal's in the ICU, Perrie is having nightmares and your nephew is hurting because his father isn't around because you shot his father" I exclaimed to Aiden and Aiden smile went to a frown. "I never ment to hurt Perrie or Holden or even my sister" Aiden confessed to me and I just stared at him. "If you ever loved me, you wouldn't hurt the people I cared the most about" I stated to him before walking out of the prison and now driving to the hospital to meet up with Ash to go visit Cal in the ICU.
