I groaned out of my bed, I really didn't wanna go to school but the cheerleading team has a mandatory practice and not to mention I'm the captain. I just didn't want to see Mr. Bridge but my plan for this year is to stay away from that teacher and make sure I get into my university of my dream. I grabbed my uniform and put it on while staring at myself in the mirror. I hated the way I looked, my eyes had no shine in them. My eyes started dulling in the middle of my junior year. I couldn't help but stare at myself. My reflection doesn't even look like me. I heard lauren standing at my door. "Ash" Lauren looked at me and i turned around and I smiled at her. "Come on pack and we can get breakfast on the way to school" I patted her shoulder and she rushed to get harry. I took one last look at myself in the mirror before going into my mom's room and I pulled the covers over her. "Good morning mum" I kissed her forehead before walking downstairs to see my lil siblings backpack on their packs and I shook my head but I grabbed my car that I got from my dad. The ones present I was willing to accept from my absented father. Lauren and Harry hopped in the back. I smiled at them chatting and I pulled into the McDonald and I got breakfast and I saw the rocker playing his guitar and even though I would never admit to anyone I do think he's pretty attractive and I can't deny it but all he thinks of me is annoying preppy cheerleader. I used to love playing the drums it was my passion but Mr. Bridges took that from me. He took everything. I wish I had enough strength to told someone when it happened. I look at Harry and Lauren I told it's time to go and they both nodded. I drove them to school and I said bye to them before driving to school. I parked my car in my parking lot. I walked passed my locker and I felt someone tap my shoulder and I just stared at the boy. "Hi" he greeted me with a chirpy voice. "Um hi" I looked at him. "I'm Calum Hood" he introduced himself. You could tell that Calum Hood was innocence too innocence I was jealous of him. "Ashton Irwin" I shook his hand. "I know best cheer captain in the country" Calum waved on and on about all my accomplishments. "Thanks" I muttered to him. "I'm in the band, I play the bass. My parents think it's a waste of time" Calum kept rambling and on. Boy could this guy talk. I'm pretty sure he hasn't breathed. "Hey are you okay" Calum asked me and I just stared at him but before I could speak an ounce the bell rang. "Sorry Ashton talk to you later. I can't be late" Calum waved bye to me and I was the only one in the hallway. "Shouldn't you be in class Ashy" I felt him whisper in my ear and I got tensed. "Man you look good in that outfit" he kept whispering in my ear and I turned around to see Mr. Andrew Bridges. "You shouldn't be late to classes" Andrew told me. "Don't you dare touch me" I kept backing up into the locker. "Don't worry Ashy, I'm not going to do it now" Andrew walked away and I pulled my knees into my chest. I saw boots and I was hoping the person would leave me alone. "Are you okay" the guy spoke with a rough voice. "I saw what happened" the guy sat down next to me. "I was hoping this year would be different" I mumbled into my chest and the guy touched me and for the first time since summer I didn't flinch in fact it felt good that someone was comforting me. When I looked up, I was shocked at the boy who comforting me.
