"Hey guys!" D said as he popped in behind the Straw Hat crew. The first thing he had noticed was that they were all staring at the sky above them in confusion. He glanced around to see what could confuse them and noticed a ladder leading up to a section of clouds, which wasn't something you saw everyday. "How was the trip? Did you find my friends?"

The entire crew, minus Luffy, stared at him in disbelief. "How was the trip?!" Nami screamed. "Did you find my friends?!" Clearly she was upset. "First of you disappear in the middle of our discussion!" Ussop tried to say something but she cut him off. "Then the first thing that happens to us when we enter the Grande Line is we get swill owed by a whale!"

"A whale?" D asked curiously. The only whale he new of to be close to the entrance was Laboon.

"Yes a whale!" Nami screamed again. "And when we finally find one of your friends he's an idiot!" D waited for a minute as her shoulders heaved from all the screaming she'd done.

"Finished?" D asked grinning slightly. Nami screamed as she yanked on her hair before stomping away to the rear of the ship. "What's eating her?" He asked the others who were staring at him again. "What?"

"She does have a point." Ussop stepped forward. "You do seem to disappear when your needed most."

"Do you want me to hold you hand as you go adventuring then?" D asked him, he shook his head. "I'm an all powerful being with tons of responsibilities and you get upset when I'm not there to save your buts when you get in trouble." D glared at the three men. "No body even asked me how I'm doing." He huffed.

"We're sorry D." Sanji stepped forward glancing at the other two, they quickly spoke up apologizing as well. "How are you doing?"

"Great after messing with your heads like that." D chuckled. "Though I wasn't kidding about you guys relying on me too much. You need to be able to handle things if they get messy while I'm gone."

"Where did you go?" Nami asked walking back to where they stood, now calm. "Sorry for yelling at you. We've been through a lot." D nodded to her, letting her know there was no hard feelings.

"I-" D began but screaming cut him off and everyone turned back to the door Cronus went through to see several people come flying out. One of them being Luffy. Zoro, Sanji, and Ussop quickly jumped in to rescue them. Zoro pulled Luffy out while Sanji and Ussop pulled the other two on deck. In Sanji's arms was a blue haired girl wearing a weird spirally outfit that reminded him of a hypnotist's board. While in Ussop's was a strange man wearing a crown and a nine on each of his cheeks.

"Thank you so much for rescuing us." The woman spoke as she coughed out the liquid that had gotten into her lungs.

"Grab those two!" Cronus shouted as he walked through the door they just fell from.

"Ah mister lighthouse keeper!" The strange man with a crown stood up. "We will finally get this whale's meat to feed our village. Isn't that right Miss Wednesday?"

"Absolutely Mister Nine!" Miss Wednesday laughed haughtily as the two pulled bazookas out of nowhere. "Bye bye baby!" They shouted in unison as they fired there weapons. To the crews surprise Cronus jumped in front of the projectiles causing them to blow up before hitting the walls of the whale's stomach.

"Fire again Miss Wednesday!" Mr. Nine shouted as he prepared his own bazooka. Before the two could take aim tentacles shot from the water wrapping around their arms and legs immobilizing them.

"What's going on here?" Miss Wednesday shouted in surprise.

"Zoro go make sure Cronus is ok." The crew of the Strawhats stared at D in surprise. The tentacles had come from the dead giant squid. Which had clearly brought back from one of his powers. That wasn't what had surprised them. What surprised them was the fact that he had acted instead of having them stop the two. "Now Zoro." D looked back at the stunned group. There was a dangerous look in his eyes.
