The Princess and the Guardian

Chapter 40

*Elsa Moon*

I ran to my room and closed the door. Even if I was Elsa, those words stung me hard. It was a very horrible feeling. I might be Elsa and Aqua at the same time, but it's painful to know that Jack thinks so little of me and Eartha.

I knocked on her door holding back tears. Eartha opened the door confused at my face. Tears were almost coming out of my eyes.

"Elsa? What's wrong? Are you okay?" She asked worried.

"I over heared Jack saying...he told dad that....he thinks..." I trailed of letting my tears off and I started sobbing.

"Woah woah. Els, take a deep breath and tell me what's going on." Eartha said leading me to my bed. Luckily every bedroom was sound proof.

"I over heard Jack telling dad that he thinks were homeless, savage, non royalty, girls that haven't even gone to school so its technically a stupid idea for us to be the next Princesses and probably Queens." I said sobbing.

Eartha eyes stared into space full of anger.

"Is that what he thinks we are? Even if were just faking it's still hurtful. Why would he say that about us?" Eartha asked with anger and almost going into tears.

"Eartha, we might be Elsa and Anna but that still hurts. It hurts that he thinks so little of us." I said to her. A tear escaped her eye and she quickly and harshly wiped it away.

"I want to go home." I whispered.

"We will leave in the morning through the window." She said nodding.

"Okay. Get some rest and lock the door in case he tries to get in." She said.

"Where will we go?" I asked her.

"We will go to Swans Lake and try to contact big brother." Eartha said seriously. I nodded and wiped my tears. She walked to her room and locked her other door. Eartha left the door that connected our rooms open. She was already in her night gown so she turned off her lights and fell asleep.

I quickly changed into my night gown and turned off my lights and locked my entrance door. I fell asleep quickly dreaming about leaving Arendelle and the whole Spirit World with Anna and living with Pitch for forever.

*Jack Frost*

"Your an idiot you know that right?" Kristoff said pinching the bridge of his nose and closing his eyes. We were back in Manny's office.

"It wasn't my intention for her to hear that, or for me to even say that!" I said leaning against the wall.

"We know Jack. I'm very sorry I didn't tell you both it's just that...when those girls arrived yesterday in the forest, I felt like I had Elsa and Anna back." Manny explained sitting in his chair running a hand through his hair which had a few white strands but he would never get more.

"It's okay Manny. I just thought that Elsa and Anna would be mad at all of us if we gave away their places. Think about it, Elsa and Anna would think we just replaced them both." I explained and Manny shaked his head quickly.

"I would never do such a thing as replace my own daughters with girls I just met!" Manny yelled then controlled himself.

"Look Kristoff, Jackson, get some rest the both of you and we'll fix this problem in the morning. Come back at 9:00am." Manny said pronouncing my full first name.

"Yes Manny." Me and Kristoff said together than we walked out and headed home. I went to bed worried that Aqua wouldn't forgive me or worse, her sister Eartha.

Eartha scares me a bit. She's more serious when it comes to her sister or herself but if it's the appropriate time, she will act like a child.
